Where and When T the Hills will be held Octber 12-16, 2015 at Zephyr Pint Presbyterian Cnference Center. Zephyr Pint is a beautiful lcatin sitting n the suthern shre f Lake Tahe. Muntains, water, air, and grgeus facilities make the perfect spt fr yu t relax, engage and enjy yur time at T the Hills. If yu chse a PYWA member rate and we are unable t verify yur current membership, we will fllw up with yu t jin, renew r t have yu pay the difference. Ldging Rms are cmfrtable htel style rms. The rms are nt equipped with televisins. Linens are included. Ldging is in the Tallac and Tahe Center at Zephyr Pint (see Zephyr Pint link) Family/Spuse Rates A spuse/family rate f $475.00 per persn is available fr family members wh want t register and enjy ldging and meals (prgramming is nt included fr spuse/family). During registratin, there will be a check bx t check if yu are bringing a guest. After checking that bx and hitting next, yu need t click Add a guest list and then input yur guest s name and any dietary restrictins. Later in the registratin prcess, it will shw yur guest activities and the Family/Spuse Rate f $475. Yu will need t select the check bx next t the $475 fee t have that guest registratin added t yur registratin ttal. Early arrival: If yu wuld prefer t arrive at Zephyr Pint n Sunday, Octber 11 th t spend an extra day in the area, we are happy t ffer a special early arrival rate f $135. This rate includes yur husing fr Sunday night, as well as dinner n Sunday and breakfast & lunch n Mnday. During the nline registratin, this will be an Early Bird Arrival activity that yu add t indicate that yu will be arriving a day early and t pay this Early Bird Arrival fee. Rmmates We are happy t try and hnr yur specific rmmate requests. Registering early is the best way t have yur request hnred! We highly recmmend that yu cmmunicate with yur ptential rmmate ahead f time, and that yu bth try t register arund the same time, t increase yur chances f getting the rmmate that yu have requested. If yu d nt have a rmmate in mind, we can assign yu a rmmate f the same gender as sn as ne becmes available. Again, registering early is the best way t guarantee that yu end up with an assigned rmmate. If yu register late and there is n rmmate available t fulfill yur duble ccupancy rate, then yu will be cntacted t pay the difference fr a single rate. Meals Cnference meals begin with dinner n Mnday evening and end with breakfast n Friday mrning. The Thursday evening 10 th Anniversary Celebratin Receptin and Dinner are als included in the cnference registratin. Meals will be eaten in the assigned Cnference Center dining hall and are buffet style with a vegetarian ptin. Please indicate any fd allergies r ther special dietary needs when yu register and we will cmmunicate with the dining staff at the cnference center. Transprtatin and Shuttle Infrmatin Zephyr Pint will be ding a few shuttle runs frm the Ren airprt n arrival day and again n departure day. Yu will be asked abut yur travel plans during the registratin prcess. We
realize that yu will likely nt have travel details set when yu register, s fr nw yu will nly be asked if yu plan t drive, fly r are unsure. Heather Lencini, the event registrar, will fllw up with yu persnally regarding specific travel details clser t the event. Flight details will be used t set up the shuttle schedule with Zephyr Pint fr thse wh need it. **Please keep in mind that yu will likely have t wait a bit fr ther travelers t arrive t take the Zephyr Pint shuttle. Transprtatin t Zephyr Pint There are a few ways yu can travel t Zephyr Pint. Zephyr Pint is abut 60 miles frm the Ren Airprt. By rental car frm the Ren Airprt r ther arriving airprt. Accessibility If yu have a disability r ther health cnditin please indicate this when yu register and we will wrk with the cnference center t ensure that yur needs are met. The ldging and meeting facilities are accessible facilities. Parking is lcated away frm these buildings but we can wrk with yu t make sure yu have access upn yur arrival and departure.
