Team photo & gymnasts' information Cost of Registration We want to compile a presentation of all participating teams for the tournament webpage, facebook and corresponding brochure. Supplementary judges are more than welcome. In case of international brevet please give information about category. If you are not able to provide a judge by yourself, the organizing committee will provide a substitute judge for a fee of 250. Please note that all judges have to be available during the entire competition. 3
Participation rules Clubs and teams will be allowed: To send only one team per club/nation. Teams with max. 6 gymnasts of age 12 and older (born 2004 and earlier). Groups and rounds Qualification (Team Score) Exception cases will be decided on individual basis by the organizer. Hamburg Gymnastics16 will comprise different competition rounds: Qualification, Main Draw, Lucky-Loser round, and the TOP-FIVE- Finals: After compulsory registration, the 21 teams are divided into groups for Qualification Round. rank 1 3 of the qualification are directly qualified for the TOP-FIVE-Final. rank 4 11 qualify for the Main Draw. rank 12 21 are qualified for the Lucky-Loser-Round. Qualification (Individual Score) As part of the HamburgGymnastics16 Team Qualification Round, we offer an International Hamburg Gymnastics Star-Cup for individual gymnast rankings: 1. Hamburg Gymnastics Young-Stars Age 12 (born 2004) 2. Hamburg Gymnastics Junior-Stars Age 13 15 (born 2003 2001) 3. Hamburg Gymnastics Senior-Stars Age 16+ (born 2000 and older). 4

The gymnast has to be presented at the apparatus by showing her starting-number. All scores per apparatus will count for Team Score. Awards, Trophies, Certificates Mats Music (floor exercise) The TOP-FIVE-Finals team winner will be awarded the Hamburg-Gymnastics16-Team-Trophy. All teams receive certificates and presents from the organizer. All participants of the TOP-FIVE-Final will receive special gifts. Additionally, the three best gymnasts of the Hamburg-Gymnastics-Star- Cup individual rankings in each category will receive special awards. For dismounts on Uneven Bars and Balance Beam, as well as on the Vaulting Table, the use of additional landing mats (10 cm) is obligatory. For other elements additional landing mats (5 10 cm) are recommended. Additional mats are not allowed to be moved during the performance. Each gymnast ought to provide one CD with her track of choice as #1. Each CD ought to be labeled with the gymnast's and club's name. The organizer will not accept tapes or MP3s for floor music. 5
Publication of personal data, photographs and film recordings, Hamburg Gymnastics Photo calendar For Hamburg Gymnastics, only official accredited media representatives and photographers have access to the venue and are allowed to get in contact with the teams for interviews, photos and film recordings. By registering for the HamburgGymnastics16, the gymnasts and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) agree to participate in the Hamburg Gymnastics16, to a publication of personal data (family name, first name, organization or nation, year of birth), of results, or photos (portraits as well as in-action photos) and filming for editorial purposes in the direct context, unless the gymnasts or their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) object to publication and disclosure in writing to the organizer prior to the registration deadline. In addition the gymnasts and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) agree to a publication of personal data (family name, first name, organization or nation) and photos (portraits as well as in-action photos) with the issuance and sale of Hamburg Gymnastics Photo calendar by the organizer or partner of Hamburg Gymnastics for 2017, unless the gymnasts or their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) specifically object to publication and disclosure in writing to the organizer prior to the registration deadline. 6
