The annual purchase that the customer commits to, is only valid for range 2018 bikes, invoiced without extra discounts. That means, the purchase of Demo bikes, Partner, Team bikes or Blue Outlet will not be applied to the annual purchase calculation, nor the promotions or offers that Orbea may launch during the range. Orbea will neither take in account the purchase of previous range bikes. Click & Collect sales made for range 2018 bikes and delivered through our retailer, will be included in the annual purchase calculation. CATEGORY DISCOUNTS This discount is calculated according to the annual orders (from the 2018 range) that the customer commits to with Orbea. There are 7 category levels, depending on the committed order level. TURNOVER RANGE 2018 CATEGORY LEVEL TURNOVER DISCOUNT MORE THAN 120.000 Diamond 17% 80.000-120.000 Titanium 16% 60.000-80.000 Platinum 15% 40.000-60.000 Gold 14% 24.000-40.000 Silver 12% 12.000-24.000 Bronze 9% 4.000-12.000 Copper 4% The models shown with a blue dot on the Retail pricelist, are in the and have an initial discount of 22%. All other models, have an initial discount of 25%. Orbea reserves the right to bill the difference in discount levels at the end of the year if the customer fails to reach the declared annual order level. The sales representative will review the category level with the customer during the sales year. If the level is increased as the result of the revision with the sales representative, this change will not have any retroactive effect. This discount does not apply to bikes in the Blue Outlet program. The Blue Outlet models will have a fixed 25% discount from the Retail price net of VAT. PREORDER DISCOUNT Orders from the 2018 range that are placed during the preorder window, regardless of whether they are for immediate delivery or are postdated, will receive an extra discount of 3%. The preorder window will extend for a maximum of one month after the presentation of the 2018 range. These orders will also benefit from special payment conditions. Minimum preorder amount: 30% OF THE 2018 RANGE TURNOVER Minimum first delivery preorder: 30% OF THE PREORDER AMOUNT Orders placed after this date will not benefit from the extra 3% preorder discount. The amount of the preorder should be a minimum of 30% of the turnover committed for Range 2018. Maximum of 4 deliveries. For forecast orders, size and color changes are permitted up to 30 days prior to the shipping date specified by the customer. For later changes, the 3% discount no longer applies and priority is lost. MYO orders can not be cancelled nor changed. The first delivery should be comprised of 30% of the total preorder value. The last delivery must be before 31st of March. PAYMENT CONDITIONS The payment conditions for the new customers will be maximum 30 days * from the invoice date during the first year.(*subject to credit check) Customers may benefit from 30 days extra credit once they have (a). traded with Orbea for a period of one year, without having their account restricted due to non-payment... and... (b). signed up to pay invoices by direct debit in accordance with our standard DD terms of trading The preorder may receive 90 days credit, if the dealer s account operated within terms for the entire previous model year. Preorder models cannot be supplied before the date requested by the customer on said order. The customer must place a new order for any model required before the forecast date. This discount does not apply to bikes in the Blue Outlet program, nor previous range bikes. Orbea reserves the right to cancel the preorder discount, in the event that the retailer s account goes into arrears. FREIGHT CONDITIONS The freight will be free of charge when. Order has 3 or more bikes, or Retail value exceed 1.200 PVP on standard bikes (non E-bike)- Where freight charges apply, they will be charged at 15 on standard bikes and 25 on E-bikes. For non-bike categories (helmets, clothing, spare parts, etc...) the freight will not be charged on orders with a retail price, greater than or equal to 350. Normal orders will have standard payment conditions. ORBEA PARTNER Our retail partners are the best ambassadors for our brand. Therefore, Orbea wants to offer our partners and their employees the opportunity to purchase their own Orbea bicycle with an extra 15% discount, above the retailer model year discount. For the purchase of those models in the PARTNER program, the Orbea representative, the owner of the shop and the employee need to sign the ORBEA PARTNER document, that is included here. It is compulsory to complete correctly the ORBEA PARTNER form, before the order is entered. The 15% extra discount will only be applied once the completed PARTNER form has been received by Orbea. The Orbea partner program is offered exclusively to partners and employees for their own usage. This offer will not apply to bikes that are already in stock in the shop. The payment terms and conditions will be the same as the standard orders. The employee bikes do not count towards the retailer s total model year target, nor towards their preorder. Employee will be entitled to purchase a maximum of 2 bikes per year, both from different model families. Employee must not sell the bike within one year from the date of delivery. ORBEA DEMO A picture paints a thousand words, and a test ride paints a thousand pictures! We are pleased to offer our ORBEA DEMO program, our retailers favourite sales tool. Our retailers will be invited to purchase Demo bikes appropriate to their market under the following conditions: Dealer margin plus an additional discount of 15%. The maximum number of bikes for each dealer that can be purchased on the Demo Bike program, relates to the dealer category. Diamond:12 bikes/year Titanium: 10 bikes/year Platinum: 8 bikes/year Gold: 6 bikes/year Silver: 4 bikes/year Bronze: 2 bikes/year The Demo bikes can be ordered until September 2017. Demo bike will have an DEMO identification sticker on it, that should remain in place during the test period. The customer will commit to keeping the test bikes available for users till the 30th of April 2018. The due date on the invoices for all Demo bikes purchased through this program, will be the 31st of May, 2018. Dealers who have not respected the previous year s Demo program will not be offered Demo Bikes 2018. Orbea reserves the right to invoice at full dealer price any Demo bikes that are sold prior to the 30th of April 2018. The employee purchase program is intended exclusively for the personal use of employees who are currently working full time at any of our dealers. This program does not apply to friends or relatives and may not be used for product resale. In order to request these bikes, it is essential to complete this form, which can only be processed through your Orbea sales representative. This form must be signed by the store manager, the employee and Orbea s representative before the purchase is made. The employee promises not to sell this product for a period of one year from the date of delivery. No employee bike discounts will be given on bikes that are already in stock in the store. The payment method for these bikes will be the normal payment method of each store. The bike serial number must be registered upon receipt and delivery of the bike to the employee. No changes, additions or deletions will be accepted once the purchase order has been processed. All purchases will be sent to the office or store where the employee works.
