5 Awarding of points 5.1 PowerCup There will be two championship races for the PowerCup at each CupEvent, making a total of 10 races in the 2018 season. Riders who are enrolled for the PowerCup are not allowed to take part in any further Cup Event races. Only registered riders are entitled to points. The award of points is according to the ranking in the race. 5.2 SuperCup 600 There are two championship races for the SuperCup 600 at each CupEvent: o The sprint race in the respective category o The race in the GP2 category o This means that the 2017 season will feature a total of 10 races Only registered riders are entitled to points The award of points is according to the ranking among the registered riders. 6 Refund according to race participation After the last CupEvent of 2018 every registered rider will have EUR 50,-- credited to his or her customer account for each race he or she has participated in or, more specifically, for which he or she has registered (also in the case of no-show, failure to complete the race, or positioning outside of the rankings that score points; evidence of the race result). Riders who are disqualified, for whatever reason, do not have money credited to their accounts. In the case of participation in all races, the amount credited will therefore be 10 races * EUR 50,-- = EUR 500,--. 7 Refund according to points In each category prize money will be distributed in accordance with the number of Cup riders in the category and the number of points gained in a category: For every rider named in a Cup category, Speer Racing will add EUR 100,-- to the prize money pot of that category. After the last race, the total amount of prize money is divided by the total amount of
points gained in the category in question. This gives each point a monetary value. Every rider who scores points during the season receives, for each point, the corresponding amount as credit in his or her customer account. Amounts under EUR 50,-- will not be credited they will be forfeited. Calculation example: 40 entries in a category 40 riders * EUR 100,-- = EUR 4.000,-- in the prize money pot Total number of points in the category after the last race: 1250 points EUR 4.000,-- / 1250 points = EUR 3,20 per point The winner has a total of 190 points, so prize money amounting to 190 points * EUR 3,20 = EUR 608,-- will be credited to his or her customer account.

In order to both increase safety and riders enjoyment, Speer Racing reserves the right to introduce a qualification hurdle at the circuit to prevent excessive lapping. 7 Organising the race under adverse conditions The races advertised in an event will be run only where track conditions are clean and dry. In adverse conditions (strong wind, rain, mixed conditions etc.) an individual time trial (super pole mode) will be held in each class at the time advertised for the race: Riders qualified for the race may drive onto and off the track at will during the time scheduled for the race. Riders will be judged qualification hurdle on the basis of the best lap time; the winner is the rider with the fastest lap time. Only riders who finish the race and cross the circuit s finishing line gain points. No points will be credited where a rider, for whatever reason, drops out or gives up. If the race must be stopped for safety reasons the last completed lap will be assessed or the race restarted. The decision regarding this is in the hands of the event organiser and will be made on the spot.
9 Annual ranking Minimum number of participants: a class will only be considered in an annual ranking if five or more riders are registered. All the results of each rider will be drawn on for the annual ranking o If two riders have the same number of points the best individual result shall be decisive. o If the individual results are the same, it is the time of the result that counts, with the earlier result winning. For the final annual ranking trophies will be awarded for each class up to the tenth place. Trophies and prizes will only be presented to riders who personally attend the award ceremony (usually part of the annual closing ceremony).
