The UWMC is comprised of six grueling events. Team members must be members the group that they are competing for. Family members and friends are authorized. To make it fair across all of the groups, large and small, each group must specifically identify no more than 20 members to represent their group for all six events. The 20 members that are identified to represent their group will be required to wear a specially marked wristband. The wristband is not transferrable. The groups are authorized to swap out the members of their teams only between events and it can only be from the 20 original members that were identified. Important Rule! Once each event begins, the team cannot substitute any members. If for any reason, a team is unable to complete an event, the team will earn no more than seventh place points. Points will be awarded for each of the six UWMC events. o 1st Place: 140 points o 2nd Place: 120 points o 3rd Place: 100 points o 4th Place: 80 points o 5th Place: 60 points o 6th Place: 40 points o 7th Place: 20 points

FIRST EVENT: KNOCKERBALL! 1. This challenge is a timed event. 2. Teams will consist of three males and three females for a total of six members. 3. The field will be marked as a heptagon (seven sided polygon). 4. Each team will provide one competitor to play soccer while wearing a knockerball. 5. A total of seven competitors (one from each group) will be on the field at a time playing knockerball. 6. The object of the game is to get a soccer ball into your own goal. 7. As soon as a goal is made, the game will reset and play will resume. 8. Since there are six members to each team, there will be six 5 minute periods. 9. Goals will be added up and points will be awarded. 10. Important Rule! When the ball goes out of bounds, only the referee can place it back into play. 11. Important Rule! Each member of the team can only play in one 5 minute period. 12. Important Rule! Females will compete against females and males will compete against males. Above is a diagram of the playing field. The green area is the actual field. The white circles represent a team member from each group. The competitors will play soccer while wearing knockerballs. The object of the game is to get the soccer ball INTO YOUR OWN GOAL. The orange perimeter is the goal line so competitors will want to get the ball across that orange line and into their respective nets. When a goal is made, the game will reset and play will resume. This will go on for five minutes. After five minutes, teams will swap out their players and play for another five minutes. This will continue until all six team members have played. Page 2

Second EVENT: SEVEN-WAY TUG-OF-WAR 1. The seven groups will compete in a seven-way tug-of-war all at the same time. Yes, you read that correctly! 2. Teams will be comprised of 5 males and 5 females for a total of ten members. 3. Seven ropes will be connected to a metal disc that will be centered in the middle of a heptagonally marked field. 4. The seven ropes will extend out into seven equal directions within the heptagonal field. 5. Numbers will be drawn from a hat to determine the rope order of the groups. 6. The group that pulls the center ring across their border line wins. 7. Only one group will win points in this competition. The number of points on the line is 35. Page 3

THIRD EVENT: DON T SANDBAG ME, BRO 1. This challenge is a relay event. 2. Teams will be comprised of 6 males and 6 females for a total of twelve members. 3. Once Pair #1 reaches their respective Group/CC, they will grab their battle flag and immediately sprint once around the 1000 foot track. 12. From the track, Pair #1 will return the battle flag to their Group/CC, pick up the sandbag and carry it back to the beginning where their teammates are standing. 13. Once Pair #1 carries the sandbag completely across the border line and places it on the ground, Pair #2 can immediately pick up the sandbag and repeat the process. 14. Important Rule! The sandbags must not be thrown to the ground. They must be placed on the ground. 15. Once Pair #6 completes their lap and places the sandbag across the border line and on the ground, the Group/CC, who is still holding their battle flag, must run across the field of battle to their respective their team. 16.
