Live in student training Haras du Ry welcomes young riders from around the world. Start your international career at our professional facility and be trained by Amy Graham. Amy is an international rider with Olympic, World championship, Nations Cup & 5* experience. Your live in training will include: Share accommodation in La Belle Maison on the property (see pictures on the accommodation section of the website at www.harasdury.eu ). The house is fully furnished with equipped kitchen and laundry. Heating, electricity and water included. Participate fully in all stable, grooming and riding activities daily Compete at CSI YR, YH, Am-B, 1,2,3* International events or French national events as you progress in ability and experience with your horse/s or your lease horse/s. Competitions are at additional cost Be involved daily in all aspects of international sport horse facility management including care related to veterinary, osteo, farrier and nutrition for international sport horse management Groom your horse to an international competition level Develop your skills as a rider of young and competition horses suitable for an international stable Develop the confidence and knowledge to market yourself in your chosen area of the equestrian industry. For interns who show the appropriate level of skill and dedication we will help you gain your first job in Europe as a groom or rider.
Young horse for the international circuit For breeders/owners who wish to ensure their horses are trained and developed for sale as international horses: Horses competed by Amy and jump trained by Amy Horses have a personal training plan that includes pension, flat and jumping training, walker, lunging, time in sport horse field, full grooming, hand walking and competition schedule Entries, vet, farrier, supplements, special hard feeds, worming, dentist, transport to shows are additional and are added at cost to your invoice Invoices are provided on a monthly basis. Payment is due 7 days from invoice. You are welcome to visit and inspect the property. Grand Prix horses Amy Graham is a competitive international rider with the very real possibility of Olympic & World Games representation. If you have a competitive young or experienced Grand Prix horse Amy Graham will stable, train and compete your horse at no cost or a negotiated cost determined by the specific ability of the horse. Horse sales All sales incur a 10% commission.
Young or experienced professional rider wanting an international base For young or experienced professional riders who wish to benefit from a base in an international facility. An excellent option for show jumping or eventing riders. Empty stable rental in complete autonomy negotiable based on the number of stables required Includes use of arenas, covered walker and shared access to a solarium and washbay We are able to supply you with straw, shavings, haylage, hard feed and quality pastures in a sport horse field- ask us for prices Stables are minimum 3.5mtrs x 3.5mtrs and are very well ventilated Property is secure with automatic gates, 5 minutes from main freeway Invoices are provided on a monthly basis. In Transit/ Short Stay ie transport of horses, show runs Per stable with straw for transit overnight stay (1 2 nights) A safe, high quality transit facility. Easy access to the motorways to Southern France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands. Close to the ferries to UK 30/box/night including TVA 18/day including TVA to secure a sport horse field. Your field must be completely vacated if you leave for a competition so that it can be used for another client. If you wish to retain your field then a charge will be made of 12/day including TVA High quality pasture fields with safe sport horse fencing are available to rent on a daily basis We can also supply you with hard feeds and quality haylage and shavings. Invoice is provided on arrival and is payable immediately unless otherwise arranged If required you may use the indoor and outdoor arenas, shared wash bay and solarium at no extra cost during your short stay: Location Haras du Ry is located in the heart of Normandy so an ideal location for competitors wishing to compete at international competitions. Every year international show jumping riders have the benefit of more than 100 CSI 2-5* competitions less than a day s drive from the stables. This makes Haras du Ry a perfect location for riders visiting or relocating from countries such as Australia, Asia, Japan, Middle East, USA, Canada, Eastern Europe or South Africa.
