SAFETY DATA SHEET 1. Identification Distributor: AB Vista, Inc. 150 S. Pine Island Road Suite 270 Plantation, Florida 33324 tel: +1 (954)278-3965 Product Name: Quantum Blue 5G Product Use: Animal feed additive Restriction on Use: identified Emergency Phone Number: +1 (954)278-3965 (available during office hours only) MSDS Date of Preparation/Revision: 04/09/2013 2. Hazards Identification GHS Classification: Health Environmental Physical Respiratory Sensitizer Category 1 Not Hazardous Combustible Dust Label Elements: DANGER May cause allergy or asthma symptoms or breathing difficulties if inhaled. May form combustible dust concentrations in air. Prevention Avoid breathing dust or mists. In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection. Response If inhaled: If breathing is difficult, remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. If experiencing respiratory symptoms: Call a physician. Disposal Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local and federal regulations. 3. Composition/Information on Ingredients Component CAS Number Percent (w/w) Wheat Flour Mixture 30-60 Rape Oil 8002-13-9 3-7 Sodium Chloride 7647-14-5 1-5 The exact concentrations are a trade secret. 4. First Aid Measures Eye Contact: In case of eye contact, flush eyes immediately with plenty of water. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do after the first 5 minutes. Continue rinsing. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. Skin Contact: No first aid should be required. Wash with soap and water after handling. Seek medical attention if irritation or rash develops and persists. Inhalation: Move to fresh air. Get medical attention if irritation, allergic symptoms or other symptoms develop and persist. Ingestion: No first aid should be needed. Not intended for human consumption but no adverse effects are expected from ingestion. Most Important Symptoms: Mild eye and skin irritation. Inhalation of dust from dried product may cause allergic respiratory reaction in sensitized individuals with symptoms of wheezing and difficulty breathing. Indication of Immediate Medical Attention and Special Treatment, if Needed: Immediate medical attention is required for inhalation allergic reactions. 5. Fire-Fighting Measures Suitable Extinguishing Media: Use water spray, water fog, carbon dioxide, foam or dry chemical. Water is most effective. Do not use solid water jet as that may create a dust cloud that can present an explosion hazard. Specific Hazards Arising from the Chemical: Dust generated in handling this material may present a potential fire and explosion hazard if suspended in air at high concentrations. Settled dust presents a fire hazard. Resuspension of the dust into the air by vibration, traffic, material handling, etc. in high concentrations in the presence of an ignition source could result in a dust explosion. Minimize the generation and accumulation of dust. Special Protective Equipment and Precautions for Fire-Fighters: Firefighters should wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing to avoid contact. 6. Accidental Release Measures Personal Precautions, Protective Equipment and Emergency Procedures: Wear appropriate protective clothing as described in Section 8. Eliminate all sources of ignition. Methods And Materials For Containment/Cleanup: Scoop or shovel up using methods that minimize the generation of airborne dust. Nonsparking tools should be used. Dust deposits should not be allowed to accumulate on surfaces, as these may form an explosive mixture if they are released into the atmosphere in sufficient concentrations. Avoid dispersal of dust in the air (i.e., clearing dust surfaces with compressed air.) Report releases as required by local and federal authorities. Quantum Blue 5G Page 2 of 6

7. Handling and Storage Precautions for Safe Handling: Avoid contact with the eyes. Avoid breathing dust. Wear protective clothing and equipment as described in Section 8. Use with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Keep containers closed when not in use. Possible combustible dust hazard. Minimize the generation and accumulation of dust. Keep dust away from open flames, hot surfaces and sources of ignition. Follow good housekeeping practices to keep surfaces, including areas overhead such as piping, drop ceilings, ductwork, etc. free from settled dust.. Dry powders can build static electricity charges when subjected to friction of transfer and in mixing operations. Provide adequate precautions, such as electrical grounding and bonding, or inert atmospheres. Conditions for Safe Storage, including any incompatibilities: Store in a dry area away from sources of ignition and strong oxidizing agents. 8. Exposure Controls / Personal Protection Exposure Guidelines: Chemical OSHA PEL ACGIH TLV Wheat flour 5 mg/mg (respirable dust) 15 mg/m3 (total dust) TWA (as PNOC) Rape oil 5 mg/mg TWA (respirable fraction) 15 mg/m3 TWA (total) (as vegetable oil mist) 0.5 mg/m3 inhalable TWA (as flour dust); 4 mg/m3 TWA, 10 mg/m3 STEL (as grain dust) Established Sodium Chloride Established Established Appropriate Engineering Controls: Use with general or adequate local exhaust ventilation to minimize exposure levels. It is recommended that all dust control equipment such as local exhaust ventilation and material transport systems involved in handling this product contain explosion relief vents or an explosion suppression system or an oxygen deficient environment. Ensure that dust handling systems (such as exhaust ducts, dust collectors, vessels and processing equipment) are designed in a manner to prevent the escape of dust into the work area (i.e. there is no leakage from the equipment). Use only appropriately classified electrical equipment and powered industrial trucks. Personal Protective Equipment: Respiratory Protection: If the occupational exposure limits are exceeded, a NIOSH approved respirator with particulate filters appropriate for the form and concentration of the contaminants should be used. Selection and use of respiratory equipment must be in accordance with OSHA 1910.134 and good industrial hygiene practice. Hand Protection: normally required. Eye Protection: Follow facility requirements. Safety glasses or dust goggles recommended to avoid eye contact. Skin and Body Protection: normally required. Additional Protective Measures: required.
