The club will be hosting eight corporate Christmas parties, numerous social clubs/organizations, family reunions, a Graduation Party and sizeable wedding reception. We love to be busy!! Due to multiple functions on Thursday, December 14, we will NOT be having (Bar Night). The bar, however, will be open if you d like to come out for a drink, and food can be ordered from the grill room. Santa Sunday is slated for December 17 for the members and residents of Cedar Rock. We anticipate well over 100 adults and children for this popular event. Larry Taylor will be our Santa again this year, and he ll have lots of goodies for the kids. The buffet will be open from 11:30-2:00pm, so make plans to come on out! Ladies Wine Night has proven to be very popular, and our finale for 2017 will be on December 19 from 5:30-7:30pm. If you haven t made it out for one yet this year, try to come for the wine and drink specials, munchies and lots of fun. New Year s Eve will be an 80 s theme party from 8:00pm-1:00am with the popular FracXured Band performing. Heavy hors d oeuvres, champagne toast at midnight, 2 drink tickets and breakfast buffet are included. Admission is $50.00/person for members and $60.00 for non-members or anyone who pays at the door. A special nod to the Garden Club for their great job decorating the club for Christmas! What a job! Thank you all!! As the year closes, thank you for the warm welcome and support you have granted me this year. I appreciate your kindness very much, and I look forward to an even better new year. Page 3 Superintendent s Member Pre -Paid Plans 2018 This month we will rope off 3 fairway to limit cart traffic. We have had trouble with this fairway and 7 fairway in the past. Reducing cart traffic will protect the crown of the plant during these harsh times. I know it is an inconvenience, but these fairways don t receive enough sunlight during the growing season to be good healthy plants going into the winter. We will reopen 3 fairway in the spring when we begin mowing again. We ask that you please fill your divots on par 3 s to help keep the tees from becoming bumpy and un-level. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas. On your January statement, you will see the same billing for the plans that you participated in 2017. If you would like to modify or change plans please notify us. After January 15th, 2018 anyone that has not paid their 2018 private cart plan will be charged a regular cart fee for each round until the trail fee has been paid.
