Said benefits and experiences, which may be changed, modified or canceled either during and/or after the conclusion of any Major League Baseball season, are subject to such other restrictions, terms and conditions as the Yankees shall deem appropriate. Such benefits and experiences are not necessarily exclusive to eligible Season Ticket Licensees, and each eligible Season Ticket Licensee acknowledges that the applicable ticket license was not acquired based upon or by reason of the prospective benefits and experiences that may be provided through the Legacy Club.
