Dear colleagues and friends: The Asian Society of Sleep Medicine (ASSM) has been organized since March 2015 with 16 participating Asian countries including China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, India, Philippine, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Israel, Oman, and Iran. The purpose of ASSM is to increase awareness of sleep medicine and the level and quality of sleep medicine, improve the treatment of sleep disorders, and promote sleep related researches with encouragement of communication and collaboration in both clinical and basic researches in Asia. It is our great pleasure and honor to announce the 2nd Sleep Congress of Asian Society of Sleep Medicine (ASSM2018) which will be held on March 22-25, 2018 in Seoul, South Korea. The ASSM 2018 will provide participants from around the world with unmatched opportunities to exchange scientific ideas and experiences in sleep medicine. The Organizing Committee is open for discussion on the contents of symposium in order to offer sponsors the best possible solutions. * Lunch boxes for the participants have to be prepared by the sponsoring company. 11. Acknowledgement on Signage at Venue Major sponsor s support of the 2 nd Congress of Asian Society of Sleep Medicine will be acknowledged with their logos on signage at the venue. Payment 10% VAT (Value Added Tax) will be added. A minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount must be submitted along with the signed pledge form to confirm the sponsorship. 30% of sponsorship fees must be paid by January 31, 2018 and the balance of sponsorship fees must be paid in full by February 28, 2018. The payments must be made by bank transfer. All cancellations must be made in writing. 50% will be deducted from the total fee for cancellations requested by December 31, 2017.
