Telluride Ski Resort / Epic Pass Alliance FAQs Telluride Ski Resort has entered into a new, long-term season pass alliance with Vail Resorts beginning with the 2018-19 winter season. Telluride Season Pass holders and TSG Club members with full winter benefits will receive 50% off daily lift tickets at all Vail Resorts-owned mountains. Telluride will offer all top-tier Epic Pass holders up to seven days at Telluride. Telluride Ski Resort remains 100% independently owned. Vail Resorts has no ownership interest in TSG. This is strictly a season pass alliance with the Epic Pass. Telluride Season Pass Holder FAQ What is the new benefit for Telluride Season Pass holders? Qualifying Telluride Season Pass holders will receive 50% off the then-current window lift ticket price at all Vail Resorts (VR)-owned resorts. Which of Telluride s pass products are qualified and include this benefit? - All Full Telluride Season Passes (Adult, Child, Junior, Young Adult, Senior, Merchant & Lifetime). - Palmyra Passes (age 80yo+). - Telluride Ski & Golf Club members with full winter benefits (pass-owner only). Which of Telluride s pass products are not qualified and exclude this benefit? All Multi-Day Pass products, including but not limited to, T-Card, 3-Day Pass, 6-Day Pass, 10-Day Pass, and any other DTL card/pass products. TSG Fractional Club members are also excluded. With my T-Card, 3-Day Pass, 6-Day Pass, 10-Day Pass, or Camo Card do I receive any benefits or discounts at any VR-owned mountains? When does this new benefit begin? What is the then-current window lift ticket price at a VR-owned resort? VR-owned resorts offer different prices on lift tickets at different mountains based on the time of year. Then-current is the price of a lift ticket for your age category on the day you intend to use the 50% off benefit. Is this benefit transferable? Only the named Telluride Season Pass holder can use this benefit. When will the benefit be available to Telluride Season Pass holders? You will be able to use this benefit during the winter operating season for each VR-owned resort based on each resort s respective opening and closing dates. Can I use the VR-benefit before Telluride Ski Resort opens for the winter? Yes, as long as it is during the 2018-19 winter operating season. Can I use the VR-benefit after Telluride Ski Resort closes for the winter? Yes, as long as it is during the 2018-19 winter operating season. Are there any blackout dates for this new benefit? The benefit is unrestricted and can be used anytime during the 2018-19 winter operating season. Is there a limit to the number of days the TSG pass holder can use this benefit? You may use this benefit for one lift ticket per day with no limit on the number of days you purchase. I am a TSG Platinum member, can a friend use my transferable pass and receive this benefit at a VR-owned resort? This benefit is non-transferable. Only the owner(s) of the Platinum membership can use it to receive the benefit. How do I use this new benefit? Present your valid Telluride Season Pass at any VR-owned resort lift ticket window. VR will validate your season pass is active and issue you an Epic 1-day lift ticket. An additional form of photo ID may be requested. 2

Can I go direct-to-lift at a VR-owned resort with my Telluride Season Pass? You must present your Telluride Season Pass at a ticket window where you will be issued an Epic 1- day lift ticket for access. Can I purchase a multi-day lift ticket and receive the 50% off benefit? The 50% off discount is applicable to the then-current price of a 1-day window lift ticket. Can I purchase an Epic 1-day lift ticket online, in advance, and receive the 50% off benefit? The 50% off discount is applicable to the then-current price of a 1-day window lift ticket. The lift ticket must be purchased at the ticket window. Can I purchase a discount lift ticket and give it to my friend? The benefit is non-transferable and may only be used by the named Telluride Season Pass holder. Can I purchase more than one discount lift ticket per day? The benefit is limited to one lift ticket per day per season pass. If you use your 7 days at a VR-owned resort, you have 0 days of use at Telluride and may purchase additional days at 20% off the then-current window lift ticket price. Are the 7 Telluride days in addition to the 4 days on the Epic 4-Day Pass? Epic 4-Day Pass owners have up to 4 days of use (regardless of where the pass holder uses those days). If you use 4 days at Telluride you have zero remaining days to use at VR-owned resorts. If you use your 4 days at a VR-owned resort, you have 0 days of use at Telluride and may purchase additional days at 20% off the then-current window lift ticket price. Does the Epic Pass alliance benefit include any other specific discounts at Telluride, such as lodging, ski school, food & beverage, retail, or summer access? When does the new Epic Pass alliance benefit begin? The new benefit begins for the 2018-19 winter season. Are there any blackout dates to use the Epic Pass alliance benefit at Telluride? The Epic Pass alliance benefit is unrestricted and can be used anytime during the winter operating season. Is there a limit to the number of 50% off or 20% off days I can purchase after using my complimentary days at Telluride? You may use this Epic Pass benefit once per day with no limit to the number of days you purchase. As an Epic Pass owner, can I use the 50% off or 20% off discount to give discount tickets to my friends? The complimentary days and discounted(s) are non-transferable and can only be used by the named Epic Pass owner. Please visit one of the three season pass office locations: below Gondola Plaza (Mountain Village), base of Lift 8 (Telluride), base of Lift 7 (Telluride). TSG and VR are separate companies that have formed an alliance to offer benefits to one-another s season pass owners. Does VR have, or gain, any ownership in TSG through this alliance? TSG remains an independently-owned resort. Vail Resorts has no ownership interest in TSG. Is Telluride still part of the Mountain Collective? Mountain Collective owners will continue to have access to Telluride during the remainder of the 2017-18 ski season.
