Hall Rules: Only the competitors and their coaches have admittance by the registration cards to the contest areas. One (1) coach for every five (5) competitors has free admission with a maximum of four (4) coaches per team only in sportswear (no Dobok). Equipment: DAEDO Electronic Body Protectors will be used for this competition. Cadet, Junior and Senior will have electronic headgear New WTF - recognized headgear (only red/blue), trunk protector, groin, forearm, shin protectors, mouth protection, hands (gloves) and feet protector will be brought by the contestants, which is compulsory. Protest: Only the official coach is allowed to protest to the Board of Arbitration, immediately (within 10 minutes) after the end of the pertinent contest. Anmount of 50, 00 - will have to be paid for each protest. INSTANT VIDEO REPLY (IVR) will be used ONLY in SEMI FINALS and FINALS. Liability: All competitors are considered to participate at their own risk. The Ortek Team and Albanian Taekwondo Federation assume no responsibility for any damages, injuries or losses. OTHER Video recording: Recording within the competition area is not allowed. Recording from the public stands is only allowed for handycam type cameras. International Referees: Maximum three referees per participating nation will be admitted. Referees must be licensed by ETU / WTF, or MNA and should send their application form before March, 2017 to the Ortek Club registration address for the se- lection (ortektkd@hotmail.com). Organizing Committee will provide accommodation and full board from Friday, March 24th 2017 (checkin) until Sunday, March 26th, 2017 (check-out) only in the official hotel for referees. Each international referee will receive an allowance of 50 Euro/competition day. Each national referee will receive an allowance of 30 Euro/ competition day. AWARDS Awards: To all individual winners of 1st, 2nd and two 3rd places will be awarded with medals. Trophies for the places 1, 2 and 3 club teams for each category; The best and fair play competitor senior female and male; The best and fair play competitor junior female and male; The best and fair play competitor cadet female and male; The best and fair play competitor children I female and male; The best and fair play competitor children II female and male (All contestants and officials will receive a certificate of participation.) SECURITY & STAFF The whole area will be set up with: 5 competition fields for the eliminatory (there will be added more rings of the same size according to the number of subscribers), lifted up ring for the finals, official competition areas, athletes areas, 32-inch screens, flags, blowups, totem, inflatable, refreshment area, stand for sponsors and institutional partners. Staff: sports medical staff, 20 security officers, 20 cleaning employees for the whole area, 10 hostess, 6 assigned for reception and Pass delivery, stand info with english-italian-grecee translater, 3 officers for day and night surveillance. This to ensure that the event will be performed in complete safety.
