Girls and Boys!om Youth F, E, D, C, B, A categories (U 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19) may compete in Individuals and Mixed Relays. This competition includes Modern Triathle (Swimming & Combined Laser-Run in discontinuous), and also Laser Games (fast shooting per elimination). From Youth C to Youth F, Rules are special to this competition. Laser Shooting is at 4 different distances (from 3m to 10m) depending on categories. Athletes must have their own laser equipment: pistol & target. => However, if you have any problem to get the laser material, thank you to advice the organiser, and we try to find a solution for you.

LASER GAMES COMPETITION (Individual shooting per elimination) Same conditions for shooting like Individual Combined Laser-Run. => Categories Youth D, E, F can be used support for shooting. ULYSSE TROPHY PLACE OF THE COMPETITION Address : Parc des Sports, 90 avenue Paul Alduy, Perpignan. Swimming : indoor swimming pools => 50m / 8 lanes or 25m / 6 lanes. Combined :1) outdoor in 400m tartan track Stadium & shooting stand (40 targets). 2) outdoor asphalt & shooting in Gymnasium (33 targets) in case bad weather. ACCOMMODATION In a Student Center with double or triple rooms (at 800m to the place of the competition). FINANCIAL CONDITIONS => 40 / day / person : this price includes full board accommodation, accreditation for all the competitions and transportation from Perpignan airport or station, Dates : from 16th to 18th of June or 16th to 19th of June (2 nights minimum or 3 nights). => 30 / person : this price includes only accreditation for all competitions and saturday evening Fest Dinner. Delegations are required to send by bank transfer a minimum of 30% of the total amount of their accommodation invoice by 30th may 2017 (Payment must be in ). After receiving the Final Entry form and deposit we will send an invoice for the remainder of the total cost of the stay of the delegation. TRANSPORTATION PLAN Possibilities of transport to and from Barcelona Airport (Spain) : around 2.30 hours by bus. => Departure : 16th June at 2.30pm - Return : 18th June at 3.00pm or 19th June at 9.00am. VISAS & VACCINATIONS Visiting nations Should confirm visa and vaccination requirements for entry into France prior ULYSSE Trophy traveling to the event. INSURANCE The organiser will not accept any responsibility financial or otherwise for loss, injury or illness Delegation of any member. All members of the attending Delegations must insure Themselves by a sufficient health, accident and liability insurance. By submitting the competition entry the National Federation confirms that all persons named on the entry are covered by an insurance longer available. All competitors from countries qualifying should bring their EHIC (European Health Insurance Cards) cards with them to show they are Entitled to free emergency treatment. GENERAL INFORMATION All athletes are kindly requested to wear their official national or club uniform during the Ulysse Trophy event.
