Non-Registered & Registered animals are allowed in Pee Wee and Junior divisions. Registered animals only in Open Division. (Fee for Open entries, $5 per head) C. Competitions open to all Lonoke County residents. D. Any animal not halter broken will be disqualified. E. Pre-registration of entries by Sept. 1 (use online entry www.lonokecountyfair.com). F. Brucellosis suspects will not be admitted (see health regulations). G. Animals must be registered in exhibitor s name 30 days prior to show. H. An exhibitor can show only 2 animals in 1 class, except where noted in special group classes. I. Cattle shown in market classes must be dehorned. J. Prospect and feeder steers will be awarded premium points and ribbons only. K. All cattle housed on fairgrounds must be entered in show. L. Longhorns need to measure horns from tip to tip and include on entry form. M. If a stall next to a particular exhibitor is required, note it on entry form. N. Any dispute on non-registered called will be settled by superintendent. O. No premium money will be paid until stalls are cleaned and checked by superintendent. BEEF SHOWMANSHIP CLASSES Showmanship classes will be conducted at the end of the junior beef show. All juniors are encouraged to participate. Pre-entry into the showmanship class is required. PEE WEE DIVISION FOR BEEF For children ages 3-8 Superintendent: Patrick Swint 501-605-2479 For Ages 3-8 years Old Special Rules: A. Heifers 2 days to 3 months and have health papers. Heifers 4 months and older have to be vaccinated and have health papers. B. Bulls from 2 days to 6 months and have health papers. C. Pre-registration of entries by Sept. 1 (use online entry www.lonokecountyfair.com). D. All animals must be halter-broken and led by exhibitor. E. Ribbons and awards for all Pee Wee participants. F. Exhibitors can only show 1 animal in each division. This animal cannot be shown in any other division. If the exhibitor has other animals they may pay a $5 entry fee and show in the Open division.
