Our Chef will judge each dish based on presentation, originality and of course, taste. Dessert Wars $ 68.00 per person (60 min) Stimulate creativity, artistry and your palate while honing vital bartering skills. Mission: Design and build 1 regular-size show dessert and 20 miniature versions in only one hour. Each station has its own unique ingredients so bartering is encouraged in order to build the best plated dessert. Teams must trade their way to victory! The Mix-Off $ 20.00 per person (60 min) It s cocktail time. Teams will be provided four liquors Rum, Vodka, Tequila and Bourbon to create a refreshing concoction. One member from each team will have 5 minutes to choose the mixers, fruits and garnishes needed to create their team s drink, as well as 3 minutes to select their desired glassware.
