Logistics The tournament will take place at the Raiffeisen BiascArena, in via Stradone Vecchio Sud 25, 6710 Biasca, switzerland. Food /accommodation For all teams food and accommodation included in the participation fee. The following teams will be accommodate to the Faido s Civil protection Le (take sleeping bag with-schalfsack): HC Aosta, EHC Winterthur, HC Luzern, EHC Seewen, GCK Lions, EHC Bienne Spirit, SC Rapperswil-Jona, Podhale Nowy Targ Participation fee The partecipation fee is 700. for teams (12 palers+3team leader) includes: Participation at the tournament Food Accommodation Players The identity and eligibility of players will be checked before the start of the tournament through the official identity document (passport or identity card). Please give us the team roster Medical care Medical incurance is obligatory. If need, the infirmary is located beetween locker room 6-7 Activities Prizegiving: Every team must wear the team jersey. Also obligatory. Everybody will recieve all final tournuament documentation.
RULES 1. Are allowed players born in 2007 and younger (girls 2006 and younger); we will control the ID of children who take part in the tournament. Teams have to be consisted of a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 12 players: 3 lines of 3 players, 2 goalkeepers and a reserve; if a team doesn't have a minimum of 10 players the tournament committee will find some extra players for them. 2. Different lines will be marked with red bands (1st line), blue bands (2nd line), yellow bands (3rd line) and green band (reserve). Before the match, the coach has to give the referee the line-up. During the match it is forbidden to modify the lines. After the first period, the coach can replace a player with the reserve but he has to inform the opposing coach and the referee. If, for any reason, a team will have less than 9 players, every player form the next line must replace the missing player adopting a regular turnover. 3. In case of an injured player indicated by the referee the time will be NOT stopped; the. The injured player will be replaced by the reserve (if the team has one) or by a player from the next line. 4. 14 teams will be playing in the tournament divided in 2 groups. In both groups every team plays each other. After the qualification round a semifinal will be played with the groups rankings crossed (1 group A vs 2 group B 1 group B vs 2 group A). After those two games teams will play the finals. 5. It will be played 3 3 in one defensive zone of the rink in the following order: red, blue and yellow. You have to change every player at the line change (all the players on the ice have to be changed when the time runs down). 6. It will be played 21 minutes, lines changes every 60 seconds (change on the fly), after 11 minutes, one minute break, the game restarted without changing rinkside and yellow band line on the ice. The first place final will be played with 3 periods of 9 minutes. 7. Penalties: the referee stops the game and the puck will be in play only when the penalized player has left the ice. The penalized players has to be replaced by the reserve (if the team has one) or by a player from the next line. It will be played again 3 on 3.
RULES 8. Body checks and slap shots are not allowed. 9. The referees are organized by the tournament. The referees decisions are not arguable. 10. For the ranking the following rules will be applied: total of points, games against each other, team + /, goals scored, goals allowed and draw as last case. In case of a draw in the semifinals and finals there will be 3 penalty shots each team. In case the game is not decided yet, the penalty shootout will be kept going until the first mistake (when both teams shot the same number of penalty shots) 11. Teams that don t will be on the ice, will lost the game (forfeit 0-5), and the opposite team will win the game with 2 points. 12. Every player has to be assured against injuries.
