U.S. Forces Sport Shooting Handbook Admin Procedures Weapons Check Questionable categorization of weapons or reliability of weapons parts or equipment each shooter is required to consult organizer before shooting events begin Each shooter is responsible to make weapon, ammo, equipment available for official equipment check The shooter is entitled to have equipment check After approval the shooter is required to have equipment available for possible additional checks until 15min. after leaving the firing line. If approval of weapon is contingent on service use/dates the burden of proof is with the shooter 33 of 50
