Registration and Fees Location Webster Groves Ice Arena 33 East Glendale (near Hwy 44 and Elm) Webster Groves, MO 63119 Ice surface measuring 200 by 85 Event Dates March 3-4, 2018 Testing Deadline All Skaters must compete at their highest level tested as of February 2, 2018. It is very important that the current test level information is turned into ISI so that the online registration system ENTRYEEZE is up to date at the time of competition registration. Please note, it will take 3-5 business days for current test levels to be reflected in the ISI and ENTRYEEZE online systems. Competition Fees Payment can be made at our online registration system via credit card. Individual and Partner Event Fees $45.00 for first event $25.00 for second additional event $10.00 for each additional event Team Event Fees $20.00 per event (Max $400 per group per event) Team Events include Team Compulsories, Synchronized Teams, Ensemble, Production Numbers, and Family Spotlight. Online Convenience Fee Please note there will be an online convenience fee of $5.00 applied at checkout. This fee is only charged ONCE per skater or ONCE per team. Refunds There are NO refunds. Late Registration A $20.00 late fee will be required for all applications received after the deadline. We reserve the right to refuse late registrations. 1

Registration and Fees Online Registration Registration Due Date: Event Registration is due by February 2, 2018. We are using the online system ENTRYEEZE to register for the competition. Register at MetroEdgeFSC.org. Select the Events/Competition tab at the top of the page, then select Meet Me in St. Louis Competition from the drop-down menu. Select Register. Select the blue bar that says Online Registration to go to the ENTRYEEZE Meet Me in St. Louis Competition homepage. ISI Test Level Skaters will only be allowed to register for events they are eligible for based on their submitted ISI test level. It is VERY important to ensure that all current ISI test levels have been turned into ISI by your skater s coach prior to registering for this competition. The Metro Edge FSC reserves the right to combine events, divide events, or reclassify participants where numbers of entries warrant such action. Individual and Partner Event Registration When registering your skater for an individual and/or partner event, select the Skaters and Parents button to login to ENTRYEEZE. The ENTRYEEZE system is connected to the ISI data base. You will need your skater s ISI number or ISI username and ISI password to login to the Meet Me in St. Louis Competition registration page. If you do not know your ISI password, select the red help button beneath the login fields. It is important to ensure that ISI has your current email address as this is the email address used to request ISI password information and the address event organizers will use to communicate regarding the competition. If applicable, you will need to enter the name and ISI number of the partner at the time of registration. BOTH partners for each partner event will need to login to ENTRYEEZE and register. You will be prompted to select your skater s coach when registering for the competition. If you do not see your coach in the drop-down menu, you will need to add your coach to the system. Skater coaches will be emailed after event registration is completed. Team Event Registration When registering for a team event, a separate login is required. Select the Team button from the ENTRYEEZE Meet Me in St. Louis Completion homepage. ONLY the team contact needs to register for a team event (team members DO NOT need to login separately and register for team events). The Team contact will enter their email address to login to ENTRYEEZE (no password required for team registration). Team skater names and ISI number are required for each team member at the time of registration. 2

ALL uploaded music should be in.mp3 format. Any other format will not be accepted in the system. Music must be uploaded no later than February 22, 2018. Please bring back-up copies of ALL music on CD. All CD s must be clearly labeled on the correct side with the skater s name, age, event level, and event type. We will not be responsible for music that is left at the rink after the competition has concluded. Simply login to the Meet Me in St. Louis Competition homepage and make your selections. Competition Merchandise Guarantee you get the size and color you want by pre-ordering your items! Meet Me apparel will be available by pre-order. Orders for Meet Me apparel are due by February 16, 2018. Performance Rules The competition is endorsed by ISI, Endorsement # 1-3232-2017, and is open to all current individual members of the ISI. Skaters may compete only at their highest test levels passed and registered with the ISI by February 2, 2018. Events are offered to all ages - Tots through Adults. The competition will consist of the following events: Tots 1-4, Pre-Alpha through Delta; Freestyle 1-10; Special Skater 1-10; Solo Compulsories Tots - FS10, Artistic 1-10; Interpretive 1-10; Footwork 1-10, Dance 1-10, Solo Dance, Partner Dance - Similar, Mixed, Pro-Partner; Stroking Pre-Alpha thru Delta; Spotlight Solo and Couple: Character, Light Entertainment, Drama; Family Spotlight; Rhythmic Skating Ball, Hoop and Ribbon; Spins; Jump and Spin Teams; Team Compulsories; Individual Compulsories; Synchronized Formation, Skating and Dance; Ensemble, Production and Theatre on Ice. Adult and Collegiate divisions are available. If space in the schedule permits, we will add any ISI event that you do not see listed, by special request. We reserve the right to divide the age groups according to the entries received. Competitor Check In All skaters must register and pick up their Competitor s Packets at the registration table. All competitors should arrive at the rink at least one hour before the scheduled time of their event. The schedule of events will be posted online at the Meet Me Competition page at MetroEdgeFSC.org and emailed to participants and coaches approximately two weeks prior to the competition. Dressing rooms will be provided for the skaters convenience. Coaches and Judges Requirements Each rink should provide one judge for every five events entered in the competition. Coaches will be required to give of their time as judges to obtain access to the arena entry area and the hospitality room. All coaches who are not qualified to judge but would like access to the rink side area will be required to pay a fee of $25 or volunteer in another area of the competition for one hour. Please find the Online Judges Inquiry Form at MetroEdgeFSC.org. Select the Events/Competition tab at the top of the page, then select Meet Me in St. Louis Competition from the drop-down menu, and then select Judges. Please submit your Judges Inquiry Information by February 5, 2018. Thank you! Competition Rules The competition will be conducted in accordance with the guidelines contained in the 2016 ISI Handbook. All effective rule changes from the ISI will be upheld. The Meet Me in St. Louis Competition Events will be conducted according to the ISI 2018 National Event Description. If two skaters from different category levels wish to compete together, the team will be entered in the highest level of the two skaters. Skater #1 performs their choice of required jump listed below two times. Skater #2 then begins and performs their choice of required spin below two times. Both skaters enter and exit the ice together. Performance Rules Solo, Similar & Mixed Dances Skaters may choose their competition dance as long as they have tested and passed the required ISI dance test. Spins Event The Spins event will have the same rules as the Solo Compulsories events but the skaters will be assigned only spin elements from the appropriate levels. Levels will be divided into Beginner (FS 1-3), Beginner High (FS 4-5), Intermediate (Freestyle 6-8) and Advanced (FS 9-10). This event is considered a "created event" for this competition. The event guidelines and judging criteria will not be found in the ISI Handbook. Selected spins can be skated in ANY order and additional maneuvers, such as jumps, spins, or gliding maneuvers from a test level or any uncaptured move are not allowed.
