ORGANIZER Bali Taekwondo Association in collaboration with Prestasi Anak Bangsa Society. SANCTIONED BY TAEKWONDO INDONESIA / PBTI (WTF) 4. COMPETITION RULES New Multi Format Scoring WTF system. 5. CONTEST 1) Kyorugi Seniors & Juniors Full contact knockout elimination tournament comprising of three (3) rounds of 1 ½ minutes with 45 second rest for all events. Cadet There (3) rounds of 1 minutes with 30 second rest. 2) Poomsae Senior Junior Cadet Category : Individual, Pair and Team/Grup Two (2) Poomsae from designated Compulsory Poomsae decided for each division must be performed for all the preliminariy, semi-final and final rounds for all competitions. 6. ENTRIES Individuals through their respective clubs / affiliates. Age 12 14 Years Cadet 15 17 Years Junior 18 years and above Senior 7. AWARD PRESENTATIONS Prizes will be awarded in every weight division for the first 1 Gold, 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze for 3 placing. 8. PARTICIPANT A Country or club can register any number of players in order that more players can participate in the same weight categories. 9. ACCOMODATION We will provide 4 nights free Accommodation only. 3

TRANSPORTATION Transport from airport to hotel and to airport will be arranged Free. Official Hotel to venue will be arranged free. 12. PARTICIPATION FEES US$ 250.00 (~ IDR. 3,000,000,-) per participant or Official (all Categories) ADDITIONAL US$ 25.00 ( ~ IDR. 300,000,-) if the juniors want to compete in senior Category. Or Poomsae. Athletes shall not be allowed to compete without successful payment of participant fee. Transfered payment can not be cancelled. 13. INDEMNITIES It shall be the responsibility of the participants from the respective affiliates to have already validly completed the participation forms and have them signed indemnifying the Organizing Committee, its officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatal or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this championship or any other activities therefore. All participants below the age of 18 should be approved and signed by parents/guardians. 4
It shall be the responsibility of the respective affiliates to ensure that participants and officials are covered with effective insurance coverage. 14. SPARRING EQUIPMENT (i) The organizer will not provide Protective equipment. (ii) Mouth guard is compulsory. (iii) Soft protective guards for the forearms and shins are compulsory. - Cadet will use DSS/ESS. - Junior & Senior will use PSS. 15. ENTRIES CLOSING DATE 15 th January 2015.
