Culture, Goals, and Expectations: 1) Priorities: Family, Faith, Education, Baseball. 2) High expectations on and off the field. 3) Strive to be great, mediocre is not accepted as an athlete, person, student, etc. 4) Good relationship with community, ABA, CRAALL, Boosters, etc. 5) Ultimate goal: Win baseball games, create quality people, and change the overall stigma/perception of Andover Baseball! Have not s yet: Placed in the top 3 in the conference. Won a conference championship. Played for a section championship. Gotten into the state tournament. Won a State 4A title.

2017 Season Information (HS Baseball 101) When are try-outs and what is the process? Try-out dates: March 20-24 All cuts will be made by that Friday. Tryouts will be traditional tryouts for the first week with entire baseball staff. 9th grade will tryout separate for 2 teams, 10-12 will tryout together for 3 teams.
