We cannot accept liability for any such animals if they break out of the market whilst they are being unloaded or transferred to their pens. Because the market is located in a town, the potential damage that can be caused by an escaped beast is enormous and we would ask owners of these animals to consider carefully if they are safe to bring to a public place. IMPORTANT NOTICE It is the Vendor s responsibility to provide the correct documentation to accompany each animal, INC TB16 LICENCE TO THE SALE. Purchasers shall have 4 days from the day of the sale to check that any cattle documents they receive are accurate. After this period the Auctioneers will not accept any responsibility for resolving any dispute. Within the time period, the Purchaser can, at the Vendor s expense, after 20 days return to the Vendor any beast or alternatively, claim from the Vendor any premium lost as a result of the Vendor s inaccurate description of the animal s documentation.
