UNDAF Progress Report 2012-2013 Introduction The overarching goal of the cluster is to provide unified support and leverage UN funding to scale up the national response to HIV and AIDS to achieve universal access to prevention, treatment, care and support. In collaboration with the Government of Malawi and other partners, the UN will advocate and support equitable access and uptake of quality gender sensitive HIV prevention services, increase equitable HIV treatment and ensure the national response is evidence informed, effectively coordinated and based on supportive legal and rights based policies.
