Prince of Persia Game Guide into the Storm Welcome to our walkthrough for the Prince of Persia game written for the PS3. This game starts off when a girl jumps off of a cliff and lands on top of you. Follow her. You ve got a couple of gaps to jump across. Then you ve got to wall run. Do it again as you continue following her. Jump the next gap. Then wall run. At the end of your wall run press X to jump across to the ledge. A couple of guards will be attacking the girl you have been following. Of course, you join the battle. These guards are very easy to take down. You have to climb up the sides of a narrow gap. Run directly at one of the walls, and then press the X button to jump across to the other side. Keep pressing X until you have reached the top. Do another wall run with a jump at the end of it. Now you ve got a wall run followed by a jump. When you hit the other side you will perform another wall run. 3
The girl you were following will save your bacon, and you end up carrying her. Fight off another guard, and continue on your way. You ll have to jump a small gap. Then you ll have another wall run with a jump at the end. Wall run again. Then wall run once more with a jump at the end. When you hit the other side you will automatically wall run again. You ll have two guards come at you now. They ll come one at a time, and you beat them one at a time. When you ve taken care of both of them, you will wall grab down the cliff. You do this by walking off the edge and then holding R2. 4
Prince of Persia Game Guide into the Storm temple Follow Elika to the temple. Climb up the steps. On the left wall you will see some cracks that you can use to climb up. Press the X button to jump from crack to crack. Whenever you can go no further just press X and up, and you will go to the next area. When you are at the top there will be a crank you have to turn. Turning the crank will open a door that you will go through. Wall grab your way down the side and then go through that door. Run down the hallway. You ll come to a door lever, that you have to pull. Just wall run up to it. Continue inside, and run up to the little tree in the middle. 5
BoSS the mourning King 1.0 You ll get a cut scene here. Time to beat down Elika s dad. What a perfect way to introduce yourself. He is very easy to beat down. Just go all out attack on him. Watch out for prompting for an R2 button for his counter attacks. After your fight he will break the little tree, which lets out the shadow god. 6
into the Storm temple 2 Prince of Persia Game Guide You ll have to fight one of the shadow creatures now. Which is actually harder than the boss you just took down. Attack is always better than defense. If the guy you are fighting is hammering you with blows, just block them until they stop. When you go on the offensive just keep attacking. You can press the triangle button to bring Elika in to attack. If you use her and the prince to combo together, you will do lots of damage. Try to press this guy up against a nearby wall, and then combo with the prince and Elika. That is the quickest way to take them out. Jump a couple of the small gaps in front of you. Then wall run, and jump at the end of your run. You will wall run again, and then grab some nearby handholds. Move to the left as far as the hand holds will let you. After you run up the nearby ramp, you will encounter another shadow creature. Take him out just like you did the last one. Then grab the door ring. The floor will be collapsing here. Jump the gap in the 7
middle. Then wall run to the left. Wall run to the right, and jump at the end of this wall run. Then jump another small gap in the middle. Now you ve got a large gap at the end you need to cross. Jump the gap, and press triangle to have Elika help you across. We will call this double jumping from now on. 8
Prince of Persia Game Guide KingS gate ruined Citadel Press the select button on your controller to open up your map. Scroll over to one of the nearby dots, and press X to select it. I started with the left most dot here, and I would suggest you do the same. Then exit the map mode. You can have Elika send a stream of light off in the direction you need to go by pressing triangle. Do this and go the same direction the blue light went. You will eventually come to a large gap you have to double jump to cross. Grab the nearby handholds and move to the right. Continue forward, you will come to a ring on a wall. Wall run up to it, and then press the circle button to reach the top. Now there is a small gap you have to cross here. Jump across and the prince will climb to the top of that ledge. Wall run to the ring on the wall to your left. When you get to the ring press the circle button. Jump across to the flag pole. Then press X to jump to the next ledge. You ve got a series of rings in the wall here. 9
