Donkey Driving Trotting Barrels....... 20.00 15.00 10.00 7.50 5.00 901:1-18-05 HORSES, MULES AND PONIES (A) HORSES, MULES AND PONIES MOVED WITHIN OHIO FOR EXHIBITION: (1) If not under quarantine and if they are free of any signs of a contagious or infectious disease: and (2) If the animal is twelve months of age or older, the exhibition manager will require that the animal has been tested and classed negative to an official test for equine infectious anemia within twelve months of the closing date of the exhibition. (B) HORSES, MULES AND PONIES IMPORTED INTO OHIO FOR EXHIBITION: (1) Shall be accompanied by an official certificate of veterinary inspection issued within thirty days of the opening date of the exhibition: and (2) If the animal is twelve months of age or older, it shall be accompanied by evidence the animal was negative to an official test for equine infectious anemia within six months of the opening date of the exhibition: and (3) Upon request by an authorized representative of the Ohio Department of Agriculture, the person responsible for each animal must make available a chronological list of dates, places and events attended by this animal within thirty days prior to entry into Ohio. The management reserves the right to reject any entry offered in the Draft Horse or Draft Pony or Donkey & Mule Department for due cause. Any exhibitor, or employee of same, abusing or not treating with respect, the Awarding Committee, Judge, or Superintendent of Department during the awarding of premiums or after the awards have been made, will forfeit to the Society all premiums, entry fee, of this fair, and, at the discretion of the Board, shall be barred from showing at future Fairs. *Denotes non NASMA approved class. Need not be NASMA member to show in NASMA approved classes. NASMA amateur card required to show amateur classes. Must have mouthing certificate to show in any JUNIOR classes. To acquire points must have NASMA membership card and registration papers. STALLS may be available on a limited first come first serve basis.
