DIY, livery yard and group teaching accepted. - Judges decision is final. - Hard hats correctly secured and to current standards, PAS 015 or above must be worn at all times whilst mounted and during In-Hand classes. - The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel entries made by any person if they deem fit to do so without giving any due reason. Classes may be cancelled, amended or amalgamated if the organisers deem it necessary. - No entry fees will be refunded without a vet or doctors certificate. - The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must obey the instructions of the organisers and stewards at all times and take all responsible precautions themselves to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. - The landowners organisers and their stewards shall not accept any liability or be held responsible for an accidents injury illness loss or damage to competitors, horses/ponies owners, spectators, their property and or vehicles or any other person or property whatsoever in connection with or arising from this event. - Dogs must be kept on leads at ALL times. On Friday 18th August championship classes will be open to qualified and non-qualified combinations. We will be giving out qualification cards to nonqualified combination placed 1st 2nd 3rd on the Friday of the GMHS. You only need one qualification card to enter any class on either Friday or Saturday of the GMHS. We will be holding an evening performance on both Friday and Saturday evening. Combination placed 1st & 2nd in eligible classes on Friday & Saturday day time will go forward to the evening performance. 1st place combination from every evening performance class will qualify for The Hope Best of Best Supreme Championship finals on Sunday 20th August. ENTRIES Pre entry for the Friday is 15 and 18 on the day. You can enter classes on the day, Friday. Saturdays classes can only be entered if you qualify on the Friday or before at our qualifying shows. Must enter before 6:00pm on Friday for the Saturday classes, cost 15. TIMETABLES No class will start BEFORE the time stated. We ask you to be prompt for your classes this helps us to help you by not running late. No entry fees will be refunded for missed classes. DRESS AND CONDUCT The International Showing Society believes in upholding traditional values and standards of dress and conduct. Anyone entering any ring should be appropriately dressed including a HAT or CAP; this includes stewards, and grooms in ridden classes. All exhibitors and their connections should conduct themselves in a polite and courteous manner while on the showground. No abuse, whether verbal or physical, towards any other competitor, official, judge, steward, or animal will be tolerated. Anyone found guilty of this type of offence will be asked to leave the showground. The decision of the Organisers shall be final in such a case and no entry fee will be refunded. Please respect the venue and the staff who have to keep it clean and tidy; dispose of any rubbish carefully in the skips provided, and do not skip out lorries in the parking areas. The 1 st & 2 nd placed pony going forward to LR/FR Championship Evening Performance Class 7 First Ridden Show Hunter Pony Late Qualifier Plaited Type mare or gelding, 4 years old or over, not exceeding 122cms, rider not to have attained their 12th birthday before 1st January in the current year. The 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd placed ponies will be eligible for the Lead Rein Pony Championship on Saturday.
