This should ensure that events are completed before the temperature gets too high. NO DOGS ALLOWED ON GROUNDS

RULES & REGULATIONS **IMPORTANT** Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCASA rules apply and your acceptance of these rules. This is an OPEN competition Pony club, all other riders will be required to pay $15 to Gawler River Pony Club Inc Neither the Gawler River Pony Club Inc nor the P.C.A.S.A Inc accepts any liability for any accident, damage or injury or illness to horse, rider, grounds, spectator or any other person or property. The Judge s decision is FINAL Combinations may only compete in the one Hack ring, refer to each ring for further details. Those wishing to compete in the Mounted Games are able to if eligible, please refer to ring 4 for further details. The Pony Club Classes in the encourage ring are open to all current financial pony club riding members in SA, past champions or official wins etc do not affect classes 17 through to 23 Rings will not be held for competitors Pleasure classes are snaffle bridle only, no whips and no spurs Judges and/or Stewards have the authority to remove from the ring any horse considered to be dangerous or to be interfering with other competitors or unsound. If a judge feels a combination is not eligible or does not fit that particular rings specifications, combination will then be down-graded or up-graded to another ring. NO stallions or colts are permitted on the grounds. All horses must walk in any area that is not a practice or competition area and must obey direction from appointed grounds people. If this is not adhered to the committee have the right to ask persons to leave the grounds. Approved helmets and boots must be worn at all times when mounted. All pony club classes will be run under PCASA rules. Pony club uniform must be worn in the pony club ring and is optional in the open ring. For classes whose winners are eligible for Champion classes, 2nd placegetters must stand by for reserve Led riders MUST remain Led throughout the complete program. Led riders may only enter classes listed as LED (L plate classes) Novice (Hack or Rider) is someone or horse NOT having won a first (1 st ) at ANY Ag show or gymkhana. Proof of PIC number will be required. Run under PCASA rules, therefore pony club approved helmets and boots MUST be worn. NO Dogs are permitted on the grounds. Plaiting and Jackets are OPTIONAL in the L, P & Encourage Rings. Competitors WILL NOT be penalized. NO refunds will be given on unused tickets. CAMPING AND LIMITED YARDS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE GROUNDS refer to entry form for cost etc

MOUNTED GAMES RING - RING 4 Mounted Games will be run under Pony Club Association Inc Rules and Regulations Mounted Games Mounted Games is open to all riders wishing to compete if applicable 1.00 pm Start Pre Entry $4.00 per class, no exceptions. All entries for mounted games must be in by the 6 th November. If combinations have competed in the hack classes they will only be able to nominate to compete in 5 mounted games but if only coming for Mounted games are able to do all 7 games. No exceptions will be made. Riders who have competed in the L or P ring are not eligible to participate in ring 4. No shared horses - One horse one rider policy this relates to individual games. If the Mounted Games Coordinator feels a combination is not able continue they will be removed from the rest of competition.
