Showcase Information Dress Rehearsal Thursday, December 14 at the Hanover Civic Theatre from 5-9pm, please see Dress Rehearsal Schedule (scroll down) for your dancer s estimated performance time and details on what to wear,, hair, and makeup. Our Shows Show #1 Friday December 15 at 6pm Show #2 Saturday December 16 at 2pm Show #3 Saturday December 16 at 6pm (All shows at the Hanover Civic Theatre) Please arrive 30 minutes before showtime ready in stage makeup, with your and appropriate attire (outlined in Dress Rehearsal Schedule Ticket Purchasing Dates Between November 25-November 30, each family is permitted to purchase a maximum of 4 tickets total, not 4 tickets for each show. Any additional tickets purchased online between this time period will be voided and are non-refundable. Please do not try to purchase under a different name or device as we can see which families are purchasing tickets from our system. Starting December 1, tickets can be purchased on a first come first serve basis. Tickets will not be reserved for you if you didn t purchase your tickets during the pre-sale dates of November 25-30. You may purchase as many tickets as you would like starting December 1st. How Can I Buy Tickets? Online at www.dancenergystudios.com or at the studio front desk from our friendly staff starting on November 25. Tickets are $12 each and must be paid by credit card. If you go online, you will be able to select your assigned seats. If you choose to purchase at the front desk, we will help you select your assigned seats. We will not be accepting cash or cheque for tickets this year, just credit card, thank you for your cooperation! Here are our reception hours: Monday 5-9pm Tuesday 4:30-6:30pm Wednesday 5-6pm and 7:30-9:00pm Thursday 4-6pm Saturday 8:30am-11:30am I Have Young Dancers! Our toddlers, preschoolers and mini dancers are scheduled to dance in all 3 of our performances. We do understand if they become tired but we just ask that they try their best! If you don t feel that they can continue, please just let us know, but we understand! A ticket must be purchased for them if you wish for them to sit and watch some of the performance. Please respect our no babes in arms policy. Children will not be supervised in the waiting areas. Please be there to send your dancer onstage and collect them when they come off stage in the community centre. We will make sure they are taken care of backstage and onstage. Community Contribution This event is a fundraiser for the Salvation Army Food Bank. There will be a cheque presentation after the Saturday evening performance. Canned food items are welcome at the front door but not mandatory. Thank you for supporting our community during the holiday season!
