Our snow sports instructors will do their best in order to meet your needs. Book your private instructor as early as possible. Swiss Snow League + Academy Curriculum Children and adolescents will learn skiing and/or snowboarding in a comprehensive and holistic approach. The respective test is included in group lessons of four full days or more and in private lessons of five halfdays or more (incl. entry in the Swiss Snow League Booklet and medal). Learning Safe skiing and breaking on blue slope. objectives We offer individual private lessons for advanced skiers (see page 4). General Terms and Conditions Prices All prices are binding in Swiss Francs (CHF) incl. VAT and refer to the ski school courses. The costs for gondolas, lifts* and buses are not included in the course fee and have to be paid separately. *Exception: ski lifts for children under 14 in the Kids Skiworld Languard. Children under the age of 6 do not need a ticket for the ski area. Children over the age of 6 have to purchase a valid ticket. Several hotels offer «Hotel Ski pass included» for a minimum of two nights stay. Payment We accept cash in CHF. We also accept MasterCard, Maestro, Postcard and Visa. Courses and lessons The lesson will take place in all weather conditions. Groups can be combined and the duration of the course can be adjusted if there are less than 4 bookings. All guests have to bring avalanche equipment (avalanche-transceiver, shovel and probe) to every off-piste lesson. Tickets for private and group lessons, refund The course tickets for classes are not transferable. Confirmed reservations are binding. No-shows/non-compliant bookings are charged at the price agreed. Paid tickets and bookings (also online bookings) are binding and not refundable. In case of illness or accident, the ski school is willing to give a refund on production of a medical certificate by a local doctor (cf. «Refund regulations» in the ski school offices). Other incidents such as inclement weather, blocked access roads, blocked railways etc. are no reason for refund. Accidents Pontresina Sports AG is not liable for any kind of accidents that happen before, during or after the lesson, during excursions, exams or races. Accident and liability insurance is the participants responsibility. 12 13

You will also find clothes and can let your equipment repair. We strongly advise to wear a helmet for skiing and snowboarding. What happens with my multi-day ski pass after an accident? Bring your ski pass to the next bottom station immediately after the accident. Ask about the terms for repayment of the remaining days on the card. With what kind of money/cards can I pay my lessons? See «Conditions» on page 13. Meeting points in the Kids Skiworld Languard Pontresina. KIDS SKIWORLD LANGUARD Do the children need ski poles? At the beginning, children do not need ski poles. From Red League Classes onwards, children will ski with poles. Where can I buy my ski pass? At the tourist office (next to ski school office Rondo), at all cable car bottom stations, as well as in some hotels. Do children have to buy a ski pass for the course? The ski pass for participant up to 14 years in courses of the Swiss Ski School Pontresina is included for the Kids Skiworld Languard. In the ski areas of the Upper Engadine, children under 6 do not have to buy a ski pass if they are accompanied by a ski instructor.
