Fees must be paid prior to or upon arrival by members or guests. Member must be with their guests on property at all times. Guests will not be permitted entry prior to member s arrival. Members are responsible for making their guests aware of all Club Rules and Regulations. Members may come to the Club and pay applicable guest fees for themselves when their membership plan is not in effect. Sailor memberships do not include entry to the Club on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Applicable guest fees will apply. Guest Passes may not be used on Holidays (May 28, July 4, September 3) More than 8 guests in any one day must follow guidelines for a Member Party. In-State Non-members may visit the Club up to 8 times during the season. Membership and/or guest privileges may be revoked if there are any violations of the Regulations and Policies. MEMBER PARTY INFO & POLICIES A Member Party is a pre-arranged, prepaid event of more than 8 guests any one day, according to the following guidelines: Site Fee: If an area, tables or grill are reserved (with or without guests), there is a $10 site fee if reserved at least two weeks in advance of event date. $20 site fee if a location/grill is reserved less than 2 weeks from event date. Members who plan to bring 9-35 guests on any one day must secure authorization, obtain an approved Guest List and other required forms from the Club Office, at least two weeks prior to the event. The number of invited guests cannot exceed 35. Members must prepay in the Club Office for all invited guests listed on the finalized Guest List form and return the form and payment to the Club Office at least one week prior to the event. Refunds issued for persons who did not attend per Guest List. Unannounced guests (not on Guest List) are not permitted entry to the Club. All groups 36+ must secure a catering contract with our Special Events & Catering department. Caterers, food deliveries, personal grills, catering equipment are not permitted (i.e. no chafing dishes, open flames, etc.). Short Season Plan Members do not have Member Party Privileges (9+ guests). Members may have Member Parties during specified days and hours of their membership plan only.

Use of The Padonia Corporation, T/A Padonia Park Club (hereinafter referred to as Padonia, Park, & Club) facilities allowed during operating hours included in membership plan obtained and other authorized use. Use of Padonia equipment, such as ping pong paddles, softballs and bats, pickleball, badminton, and horseshoes require a valid driver s license to be held as a deposit until the equipment is returned. 4. Sports areas, including tennis & pickleball, are included during your membership hours only. Regulations 1. Membership is valid only when a signed and completed application, proof of residency for persons 18 & over, proof of age if under 3 years of age or 62 and over as of April 30, full payment and a current high resolution digital picture of each person listed on the membership are submitted to the Club Office. 2. All guests must be pre-registered, paid for & accompanied by member. Non-members may be a guest up to 8 times per season. Lower all vehicle windows at Gatehouse. If Gatehouse is closed, member and/or guests must register at Club Office. 3. Members desiring to bring 9-35 guests at one time must secure authorization from Padonia Management at least 2 weeks prior to the event, prepay for invited guests and submit a completed Guest List Form and other required forms. If a member with or without guests wants to reserve a location or grill, there is a site fee to be paid 2 weeks prior to the date requested. Groups of 36 or more must secure a catering contract with Padonia. Outside caterers and/or food deliveries are not permitted. Other restrictions apply. See Member Party Info & Policies for more details. 4. For your safety: mermaid tails, rowdiness, sailor dives, running, shoving, Frisbees, ball throwing (other than air inflated balls), water balloons, recreational devices with wheels, such as skateboards, scooters, inline skates or shoes with built-in wheels are not allowed. Water guns are not allowed in common areas. Radios & similar devices must be kept at low volume or used with earphones. Commercial or misuse of a camera, cell phone/video camera &/or similar device is strictly prohibited. The log roller has a 175 lb./person weight limit. 5. Appropriate swim attire is required at the discretion of Management (i.e. No thongs, street clothes, no visible under garments). 6. All swimming participants must shower prior to entering pools. 7. FOOD MAY NOT BE BROUGHT ONTO THE POOL DECKS in accordance with Health Department rulings. No beverages permitted in or around pool edges. 8. The following is not permitted in the pool areas: diaper changing, smoking, persons with potential signs of infectious or contagious illness or lesions; and persons eliminating body wastes (including diarrhea) or performing any unhygienic acts. 9. Cars must be parked only in areas designated for parking. Handicap parking requires a visible permit. 10. Grills owned by the Club must remain in designated picnic areas. 11. GLASS, PETS, PERSONAL GRILLS, open flames & cooking equipment ARE NOT PERMITTED. 12. Theft, vandalism or other willful destruction of property will result in regulatory action including prosecution. 13. Profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior is not permitted or tolerated, as a courtesy to fellow Members & Guests and our Employees. 14. All persons, bags, parcels and other items are subject to screening/security checks. We reserve the right to restrict any item from being brought onto the property, and deal with unattended items as deemed appropriate. 15. Fishing rods and equipment are only permitted at lake area, private vehicles or designated storage area. 16. By state law Padonia is not in the position to condone the possession or use of alcoholic beverages by minors or of the possession or use of illegal drugs by anyone on the property. 17. Padonia reserves the right to refuse service, inspect coolers and retain alcoholic beverages not provided by The Club. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto or removed from the Padonia property. 18. Smoking of tobacco, cigars or other products that produce a vapor or smoke are not permitted within pool areas, picnic decks, adult corral, table area of Cabana Deck or near other guests within the grass picnic grounds. 19. Sanitation laws require that all children under two years of age or who are not yet toilet trained must be attired in specially designed and approved swimming diapers & plastic waterproof pants when entering Baby, Children s, Splash Pad or Main Pool. Children who are not yet toilet trained may not use the Heated Lap Pool. Use of the splash pad is reserved for children ages 6 and younger. This will be monitored and enforced by Lifeguards and Management. 20. Children who require flotation devices, require a parent present on the deck in order to use diving boards and slides. 21. Wooded areas are for authorized use only. Members must remain in well lit areas after dusk. 22. We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Club, without refund, liability or compensation if we consider that the circumstances so require. We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund, liability or compensation, change the operating hours of the Club or attraction, close the Club or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to a Club, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program if we consider that the circumstances so require. 23. Any dispute between The Club and myself arising out of or in any way relating to this Agreement or the use by me, my family or any guest I may bring to The Club of the Padonia facilities will be resolved solely by binding arbitration under the then prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association (the AAA ). Such arbitration will be held in Towson, Maryland, and will be held on an expedited basis. The arbitrator shall award reasonable legal fees and expenses against the non-prevailing party to the prevailing party. The parties agree that judgment on the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in the Circuit Court of Baltimore County, Maryland. If the prevailing person has to go to court to enforce the award, the non-prevailing party must pay reasonable legal fees and expenses. 24. Club Rules and Regulations are subject to change without notice. Responsibilities 1. All persons included in this membership and their guests agree to abide by all rules & regulations listed above and any additional rules posted by the Club and enforced by the Management, Lifeguards and staff. They further agree to accept the penalties for infractions of those rules & regulations. All parents/guardians/sitters are responsible for the safety and rule enforcement of themselves, their family members, and guests. 2. Parents & Guardians: You are responsible for your children under the age of 18 at all times. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible guardian (age 16+) while at Padonia at all times. Sitters or adults must have a valid driver's license and vehicle on the property. 3. Members & their guests agree to be responsible for the cost of all medical expenses incurred for injuries sustained while using the facilities of Padonia and members assume the sole responsibility of any first aid treatment sought and received from Padonia including, but not limited to allergic reaction to first aid remedies rendered. We request that you bring your medicine or allergenic reaction kits with you for bee stings, etc. 4. Members agree to be responsible for all personal items. Lockers are provided for storage but Padonia is not responsible for lost, theft or damage of personal items. 5. Members & guests agree to permit use of photographs or video taken on Club property for promotional use. Penalties 1. Padonia reserves the right to revoke guest privileges and or cancel membership for rule infraction, at the discretion of Management, at any time with no refund. 2. Penalties for unsafe conduct (to self and others), destruction of property, littering, unpaid or unregistered guests and resisting authority will be in accordance with severity and repetitiveness of the acts. 3. There will be a $35 fee charged for any returned checks or approved refunds issued prior to May 1st of current year. If a member elects to cancel their membership after May 1st, there will be no refund.
