Gymnastics Club Greve and the Danish Gymnastics Federation, are pleased to invite you to participate in Easter Cup 2018, held in Greve, Denmark. An international Tournament, B-category competition for all age categories in Aesthetic Group Gymnastic. 1. 4. Participation and Participation fee The competition will be held with IFAGG Rules and Regulations. It is possible to participate in the following: - Children 8-10 (No limits of team registration per country) - Children 10-12 (No limits of team registration per country) - Children 12-14 (No limits of team registration per country) - Junior (No limits of team registration per country) - Senior (No limits of team registration per country) - Mixed Temas, All Categories (No limits of team registration per country) NB: Age category Children 8-10 will follow Children 10-12 Rules and Regulations Participation fee 100 EUR per team. (The participation fee is not refundable.) Registrations after definitive entry deadline will cost additional 50% of entry fee per team. Note: Every gymnast and coaches participating in Easter Cup 2018 must have a valid IFAGG licence for 2018! Price of IFAGG licens 2018: Senior gymnasts 25 / gymnast / year Junior gymnasts 15 / gymnast / year Children gymnasts 5 / gymnast / year International coaches 5 / coach / year 5. Accommodation and transport We provide accommodation and transportation for all participants. - Please look at the form of accommodation possibilities. Please notice that accommodation has to be booked through the organising committee - otherwise there will be an extra fee. Judges Each delegation outside Denmark has to provide a judge (international IFAGG level), please look separate judge form - deadline 2018. Note: Every judge participating in Easter Cup 2018 must have a valid IFAGG licence for 2018! Price of IFAGG licens 2018: International judges 50 / judge / year
7. Accreditation and passport control Accreditation will take place at Copenhagen airport or at the competition office in competition hall. Head of delegation must: - Check the correct names of the complete delegation - Bring passports of all gymnast - Bring proof of medical insurance of all gymnasts and make necessary payments. Passport control of the participating teams will take place right after official training of each team in competition hall. 8. Insurance It s a condition of participation in IFAGG s activities that gymnasts and their assistants and representatives will follow the national and international doping rules. All gymnasts and their assistants and representatives are obligated to know the doping rules. The information of the prohibited substances and methods can be found on the WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency), www-pages. 9. Medical service Organizing Committee will provide a first medical aid service, and emergency medical transportation in the competition area. 10. IFAGG Code of Discipline The Host Federation, the Organizing Committee and the IFAGG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. IFAGG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Delegations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The Organizing Committee will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). 11. Visa Arrival of delegation All countries requiring visa or just an invitation for entry into Denmark, please contact us for the necessary and required documentation. 12. Music Bring (1) copy of the group competition music on a CD, in case of technical problems. Please mail the music to eastercup@teamgreve.dk before 15th March 2018.

Tickets Tickets to the competition hall. 1 day ticket: Adult DKK 100 Children 8-12 DKK 50 Children 0-7 DKK Free 2 day ticket: Adult DKK 175 Children 8-12 DKK 75 Children 0-7 DKK Free Free pass to competition hall for gymnast, coaches and judges. 14.
