CHILD CARE FULL DAY PRE-SCHOOL This new, licensed full day pre-school program is designed to prepare children ages 3-5 for Kindergarten, while taking advantage of all the YMCA has to offer. Children will participate in exciting and engaging educational activities, swim lessons, field trips and more. Low ratio classrooms will allow children to build educational skills as well as foster social and emotional growth. Registration fee: $25.00/child $388/month - YMCA Members $428/month - Non-Members KID S NIGHT OUT Parents, take the night off! Drop your kids off for an evening on your own. The kids will swim, watch movies, be served dinner and much more. 2nd & 4th Friday of the Month Ages: 3-12 Time: 6pm-10pm Registration deadline: Thursday before KNO Registration: $2O *1/2 price for any additional child in the same family. SUMMER DAY CAMP Summer Day Camp registration begins Saturday, April 15th at 8:00 am. Registration Fee: $15/child $82/week YMCA Members $97/week YMCA Non Members $10/week deposit required to hold registration AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM Our TDFPS licensed After School Program provides a safe, nurturing place for children after school dismisses. The YMCA practices 4 core values: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility in all activities: indoor/outdoor, homework time, arts & crafts, games and much more. A healthy snack is included daily. The Afterschool Program is available at all SAISD elementary and Head Start campuses. Students from Reagan and Wall Elementary are picked up and bussed to the YMCA. Monday-Friday 8am-1:30pm 5pm-8pm Saturdays 9am-1pm *Non-members may purchase a Child Watch pass for $2/day.

HEALTH & FITNESS CORE GROUP FITNESS CLASSES* Power Up: This awesome class is a fusion of step aerobics and power toning. Simple athletic movements that will help you sculpt the body you want. Combo Cardio Blast: This class consists of 25-40 min. of low-impact cardio followed by 10-15 min. of toning. Cardio Blast: This high-intensity step class consists of power moves and step combinations. It is a true cardio workout with 45 min. of bench work followed by an abdominal workout. Silver Sneakers Cardio : Muscular strength & range of movement Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity of daily living. Zumba : Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythms! Zumba Gold : If you are a beginner, returning to exercise or having joint issues, this class is for you. This Latin-inspired dance fitness class has all the same energizing music as Zumba, but set to a low or noimpact routines designed to be easy to follow and fun!!!! All ages and fitness welcome. Turn The Clock Back Yoga: A back to the basics yoga class that focuses on proper breathing, relaxation and low impact stretching. Yoga: A yoga class with the addition of props, to help you achieve proper alignment, and steady movements. * Core Fitness classes included with YMCA membership SPECIAL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES* BOOT CAMP : Jan. 7- Feb.27 & Thurs. 7:00pm. 8:00pm. Max number of players on team roster is 10. Cost: $150 per team YOUTH BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT Registration: January 27, 2014 March 17, 2014 Tournament dates: March 22 & 23 Cost: $125.00 per team Divisions: Boys and Girls grades 4-6. LEARN TO SWIM WEEK The YMCA is pleased to offer its annual "Learn to Swim Week" Program during spring break week: March 10-14 This is a water safety program for families with young children age 3 and older. This program includes five swim lessons and is for participants who have little or no swimming ability. Class instruction includes basic learn-to-swim skills and water safety awareness. Our goal is to make everyone feel safe and comfortable in and around the water and more confident in their swimming ability. AQUATICS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL YMCA PROGRAMS PARENT/CHILD LESSONS Parent/Child classes are designed not only to introduce infants to the water but to teach parents simple ways to continue their child s progression throughout their younger years PRESCHOOL AQUATICS PROGRAM P.A. classes are designed to help children feel more comfortable in the water. Time in the water consists of learning very basic swim skills and introduction to swimming drills. LEVEL I & II Level I & II classes are for ages 6 and up. Starting with the basic crawl stroke and rotary breathing then slowly moving into lap swimming. Younger participants who have taken a formal swimming stroke test by an instructor may join these classes. LEVEL III Level III classes teach our Level I & II graduates new strokes along with drills to continue improvement. It is strongly recommended that swimmers bring a pair of swimming goggle. SPRING SWIM LESSON SCHEDULE February 4-27 March 4-27 April 1-24 No lessons Monday, April 28 - Friday, May 2 May 6-29 LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION Ever wanted to learn the skills to save a life? With the YMCA Lifeguard Certification Course you can do just that. Participants will learn lifeguarding skills, how to perform CPR on an adult, child and infant, how to use an AED, how to administer emergency oxygen and necessary first-aid skills. All classes may be repeated as desired. DATES & PRICES Tuesday & Thursday evenings YMCA Member $25.00 YMCA Non-Member $40.00 Each Session is 4 weeks long consisting of 8 half hour swimming lessons. Members may add an adult, living in the home, to any Family or Single Parent Family membership for an additional $21.00 per month. Guest Fees Non-Members of the San Angelo YMCA may use the facility and attend classes as a guest. Adult guests accompanied by a YMCA member pay a fee of $5.00 per visit. Those guests not accompanied by a YMCA member pay a fee of $5.00 for youth and students and $7.00 for adults. This fee gives all guests member privileges for the day and full access to the facility.
