This is a fun, unaffiliated show organised for enthusiasts of pure bred Norwegian Fjord horses. Registered or unregistered fjords welcome. Lumps, bumps and scars are allowed. Horses may be shown in English or Western tack. All classes rosettes 1st 6th place. There will be special awards for overall champion, champion mare, champion gelding and young handler [16 and under] Please note that there will be no vet in attendance Entry fees Classes 1 3 12 Classes 4 14 8 Entry fee bundle offer: 35 per horse, enter as many classes as you like.

Please ring 07849 258464 between 8:00 and 9:30 pm 10:15 11:30 Western classes Classes 4 6 may be ridden in English tack as an introduction to western style competition but please state this on the entry form by writing [E] next to your entry. All horses must be ridden either in a simple snaffle or bitless bridle and ridden two handed or in a western curb and ridden one handed. All must be on light contact. Western pleasure is a showing class where the horses are ridden in a group and shown in walk and jog. A back up is also expected. Trail involves a course of obstacles and manoeuvres including opening and closing gates, manoeuvring over poles, back up etc. Class 4 Walk jog western pleasure Class 5 Trail [Pattern will be out a week prior to the show] Class 6 Barrel racing

Entry form Pre entry only as numbers are strictly limited. You may enter additional classes on the day if the class is not full. Rules No horse/pony under the age of 4 years to be ridden on the showground No stallions or entire colts Any rider or handler deemed by the organisers to be using excessive force or cruel handling methods or riding in a dangerous manner will be asked to leave If your horse poops, clean it up! Judges decision is final Please clear up after your horse. Do not leave hay/feed/droppings on the ground or a surcharge may be incurred.
