Competition Rules FIS rules will be applied to this competition REGISTRATION ENTRIES Entries will only be accepted from Nation Ski & Snowboard Associations in accordance with the FIS quotas and rules for the FIS Snowboard World Cup and must be submitted to the OC Office on official FIS Entry Form within the mentioned deadlines: Accommodation booking: December 12 th, 2014 Definitive registration December 12 th, 2014 Therefore please use the electronical FIS registration on: http://www.fis- ski.com/ under the member section. ACCOMMODATIONS Lodging & meals will be provided at various hotels in the Village of Schruns for the rate of CHF 80,-. Accommodation for CHF 80,- are for the dates of the event only. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and are not available at the usual rate. The hotel rates are available upon request. Each team will be held responsible for any damage incurred during the stay. Any kind of extras must be paid by the teams or athletes. Important information: In order to accommodate all riders, coaches and officials in a correct way, we need your definitive registration until December 12 th, 2014, the latest. After the above mentioned deadline for team entries, the FIS rate for hotel accommodation can t get guaranteed anymore. REGISTRATION / RACE OFFICE Team registration will take place daily starting on Tuesday 16 th December at the Race Office, which is located at the Haus des Gastes (House of Guests) Silvrettastraße 6, 6780 Schruns Participation Fee The new participation fee will be CHF 30,- for all official Training-, Qualification- and Final days. If a competitor is entered in both competitions, only one day will apply. Total costs per competitor will be CHF 60,- if participating in both events. The participation fee has to be paid at the race office before the competition.
TEAM CAPTAINS MEETINGS The Team Captains meeting will be in the Haus des Gastes (House of Guests) Silvrettastraße 6, 6780 Schruns (same place as the Race Office). Please see the schedule for meeting times. First TC Meeting will be on Tuesday 16 th December. Training Slope On 17 th December we would like to offer you a training possibility on the Spattla Slope in Gaschurn which is about 15min by car from Schruns in the Ski resort of Silvretta Montafon. You will get your lift tickets at the race office. Please see the enclosed draft. ANTI- DOPING CONTROL Anti- Doping control testing maybe conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by FIS. FIS LICENSE All athletes are required to have a valid FIS license. CEREMONIES, Public Draw, Side Events Please see schedule for the Ceremonies, Public Draw & Side Events times. The competitors MUST wear bibs during the official training, competition and prize giving ceremony! ACCREDITATION The accreditation will take place daily starting on Tuesday 16 th December at the Race Office, which is located at the Haus des Gastes, Silvrettastraße 6, 6780 Schruns. The same time as the Race Office will be open. PRIZE MONEY New: the prize money will be transferred to the athletes accounts. We will hand out documents to fill in all the bank details. Those documents will be handed out at the race office. Accident Insurance Each competitor must have his/her own medical insurance. The Organizing Committee, sponsors, suppliers, their agents, the OC Montafon, the FIS and the Austrian Ski Association decline any responsibility for accidents, damaged or lost equipment and second and third party claims during the event.
