a-mano.3 Manual Handbike Dynamically challenging...... for athletic, ambitious handbike users who seek a challenge in sports and want to train for fitness. The manual a-mano.3 is a sporty recreational handbike that can be upgraded with numerous extras. Good road handling, a comfortable 8-speed transmission as standard equipment and the outstanding workmanship of the components represent ambitious riding enjoyment. 1. Drive system: The a-mano.3 is steered by hand and driven via a hand crank. Force is transmitted from the hand crank to the front wheel by a chain. Both the gearshift and brakes are operated in comfort via the handles, so that the rider does not have to take their hands off the crank during a ride. 2. Seat: The rider can vary the seat positioning according to upper body stability and ergonomics sitting upright, or leaning back or in a semi-prone position, which offers improved stability and reduced wind resistance. The entire seating unit is equipped with adaptable seat and back upholstery, and the rider can add a seat cushion if preferred. Footrests support the legs and the feet are additionally secured with hook-and-loop straps. 3.
