Mini Mites will be placed on 4 equal sized teams. (25-32 Kids) Mini Mites will be put on teams with skaters of similar experience/ability level. Example. Team 1 will have the oldest 30 skaters that have played with RAHA before. Team 2 will have next oldest 30 skaters that have played with RAHA before. This continues until all the skaters that played with RAHA before are placed. 30
After all the skaters with RAHA experience are on teams, the oldest new skaters are placed on the next team down to the youngest new player. During the first weekend of practice the IP Committee will watch practices to determine if any skaters need to move to different teams. The rationale is to create teams where all the skaters can be challenged and also be successful. 31
