Description of Credentials - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 12-13 GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES INFORMATION Promotional Display Space Requirements - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 18 A DMV-approved disabled parking pass is required for parking in specially marked spaces. Accessible parking spaces are available in Lot 1 & 3; Terrace Suite disabled parking is adjacent to the infield water tower for those with infield vehicle credentials. NOTE: The person for whom the disabled parking permit has been issued must be present. Proof of DMV registration for permit is required. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The California Highway Patrol checks those accessing the handicapped parking areas to ensure compliance with State DMV laws. There are elevators provided for our guests with grandstand wheelchair accommodations. These elevators are located at the bottom of the race control tower at Grandstand section 1, at the bottom of the West grandstand section, and at the base of the Pit Road Terrace Suites. Each guest may have one companion accompany him or her on the elevator. Please note that demand at peak times (pre-race and post-race) can create delays, so please allow enough time to be transported and seated. Post Race ALL Golf Carts are posted outside of Gate 12 and Gate 14 to ensure a timely and safe exit to your vehicle. WEATHER INFORMATION Be aware, the weather in Southern California can be unpredictable. We recommend that you come prepared by dressing in layers or keeping extra layers in your car. HOSPITALITY INFORMATION TELEPHONE SERVICE: Each Terrace Suite/Skybox is furnished with a private telephone with four digit in-house dialing at no cost. Outside dialing capabilities are available for local calls only. To access a long distance number you must use a calling card. To contact Terrace Suites dial 909.429.54XX & for Skyboxes 909.429.57XX. XX= Last two digits of Suite number (i.e., Terrace Suite #5 909.429.5405). GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES: Auto Club Speedway is accessible to guests with disabilities. In order to ensure that we can make all guests welcome and comfortable, we would appreciate notification when guests with disabilities will be attending. AMERICROWN ATTENDANTS: Americrown attendants will be available to provide food and beverage service to all guests. Additional event day responsibilities include: providing answers to questions, giving directions, turning on the television, fielding inquiries regarding maintenance, and reporting any emergencies to their immediate supervisor. CONDUCT: We respectfully request that the Hosts and their guests maintain proper decorum at all times while attending Auto Club Speedway events. The Hosts will be responsible for the personal conduct and financial obligations of their guests. SMOKING: In accordance with San Bernardino County Ordinance 31.0215, smoking is prohibited in any spectator seating area, including outdoor athletic recreation bleachers or similar area used for the viewing of sports and athletic competition. Due to California State law, smoking is not allowed in the Terrace Suites or Skyboxes. Smoking is permitted on the rooftop, away from the seating area, and in the walkways. SECURITY: Please remove all personal property before leaving your Hospitality area. Auto Club Speedway is not responsible for any items left behind in the suites, skyboxes or hospitality areas. Private security may be hired. Please see page 25 or contact the Hospitality Manager for overnight storage of select items. FIRST AID: Care Centers are located throughout the facility. Contact the nearest Guest Service Ambassador who will summon help or guide you to the closest first aid station or Care Center. DRESS CODE: Auto Club Speedway would like to portray a professional image. Please advise all guests that tank tops, bathing suits and cut-offs are not acceptable. Golf-style shorts are acceptable. Entrance to the pits no longer requires long pants, closed-toed shoes, and covered shoulders. Auto Club Speedway and/or the sanctioning body reserve the right to alter pit access rules. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted in the Pit/paddock area (except on Sunday of the NASCAR event weekends and INDYCAR weekend) CREDENTIAL: Provides gate admission for the day specified on credential only. On Friday and Saturday this credential is a Pit/Paddock Pass when the PRE sticker is applied. Access times are limited and determined by INDYCAR. The pit lane/grid area will be cleared at least one (1) hour prior to race time. Appropriate attire required. No Smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed in the Pit area. NOT VALID for HOT Pits Each Terrace Suite and Skybox will be entitled to two worker passes. Four worker passes will be issued for Double Terrace Suites. The Terrace Suite and Skybox worker credential is valid for gate admission and provides access to Speedway property, and the respective Terrace Suite or Skybox prior to the gates opening to the general public. Hospitality host credentials provide access to the specified hospitality tent only. CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE: Certificates of Insurance that must accompany the group s on-site services plus commercial-use golf cart requests, are required to: Include the name of the company that will be operating the equipment on the track property as the named insured on the certificate, Include comprehensive general liability insurance with limits not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate. Include the appropriate additional insured language (as described below) in the Description of Operations section of the certificate: California Speedway Corporation, its parent company, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees, members, sponsors, trustees, receivers, successors and assigns, are named as additional insureds. HOSPITALITY INFORMATION WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT BRING TO THE TRACK FANS MAY ENTER AUTO CLUB SPEEDWAY WITH: BACKPACKS Fans may carry in lightweight backpacks or daypacks similar to those used by students no larger than 17 inches. BINOCULARS, SCANNERS, HEADSETS, CAMERAS Not in a bag - worn separately over the neck or on the belt, and seat cushions carried separately are also allowed. Seat cushion bags with compartments will be reviewed on an individual basis. ONE SOFT-SIDED BAG/COOLER, NO LARGER THAN 6 X 6 X 12 INCHES Examples include; a soft-sided insulated cooler, a scanner bag, a fanny pack, a purse, a diaper bag or a binocular bag. This one bag may be carried in any manner, i.e. by handle, with shoulder straps, on a belt. The soft-sided insulated cooler may contain ice. ONE CLEAR PLASTIC BAG, NO LARGER THAN 18 X 18 X 4 INCHES To accommodate samples received and purchases made after fans have parked their cars. Clear plastic bags may not contain ice. NOTE: Fans are permitted to bring in ONE each of the bags described above. All items brought through the grandstand gate will be inspected. THE FOLLOWING MAY NOT ENTER THE ADMISSION GATES: FIREARMS, WEAPONS OF ANY KIND, FIREWORKS, ALCOHOL AND ITEMS RESTRICTED BY LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL LAWS. HARD-SIDED OR FOAM COOLERS, THERMOS AND INSULATED CUPS OF ANY SIZE. ITEMS RESTRICTED BY TRACK POLICY No umbrellas, pets, roller blades, wagons, bicycles, scooters (motorized or manual), glass containers, or banners. Any bags or containers larger than those allowed. None of the above restricted items may be left in or around the gate area. Local government regulations or track restrictions may alter the above. (The above are subject to change without notice.) 4 5

HOSPITALITY INFORMATION SHOW CAR GUIDELINES: Please notify the Corporate Hospitality Manager if your company plans to display a show car in the hospitality area. Race cars only (no production vehicles) Cars must be drained of all fluids (including fuel cell and battery) Show cars must be placed no later than one hour prior to gate opening time on the morning of entertainment, or the evening prior. Show car drivers will require a worker pass, and service vehicle pass for the hauler, to unload the show car during the requested times. Show car hauler parking access may be pre-arranged with the Corporate Hospitality Manager. MERCHANDISE Americrown Merchandise Stores are located on the first floor of the Terrace Suite Building at G26 and G49, throughout the FanZone, and in the Town Center at Apex Restaurant, or visit Impulse, Auto Club Speedway s official retail store. HOSPITALITY AMBASSADORS The Hospitality Ambassador program ensures that our guests are receiving the best possible service throughout the race weekend. Hospitality Ambassadors will be positioned throughout the Terrace Suites, Skyboxes, Chalet Village, and West Hospitality areas. Their race weekend services include answering questions, giving directions, opening doors and fielding inquiries regarding maintenance and assisting Americrown Attendants. GATE POLICY In an effort to provide a safe environment for our race fans, please keep in mind the following while considering gifts for clients. It is recommended that clear bags no larger than 18" x 18" x 4" be used for gifts or premium items for your guests. Soft-sided bags larger than 6" x 6" x 12" are not permitted through the gate areas. If you have any specific gift idea for your clients please contact the Corporate Hospitality Manager to ensure compliance. Gifts should remain in the Terrace Suite or Skybox until your guests are prepared to leave the facility. Hospitality tent guests must take any large premium gift items that exceed allowable dimensions back to their vehicles before entering the grandstands. Auto Club Speedway reserves the right to inspect any item brought into the facility and may refuse entry of any item deemed inappropriate. TERRACE SUITE/SKYBOX DECORATING POLICIES PERMITTED Hanging Pictures Static clings on mirrors only NOT PERMITTED Stickers on windows Painting of any kind Gluing objects to the interior of the suite Suite holders who have suites for one (1) series (i.e. for NASCAR Sprint Cup only) must remove any decorations following the event. No decorating of any kind (banners, flags, etc.) may be displayed on the exteriors of the Suites. No objects of any kind may be hung from the ceiling. This includes Terrace Suite Roof Viewing Decks! Auto Club Speedway does not permit alterations made to the Terrace Suites or Skybox without written consent. UPS TRACKSIDE SERVICES: (NASCAR Only) UPS Trackside Services provides members of the NASCAR Family exclusive access to UPS Small Package and Freight shipping services during race week. For those with garage access, the UPS Trackside Services counter will be available to handle all shipments to and from the track. To order UPS Trackside Services decals required for shipping, send an email to: info@upstrackside.com. For assistance, call the UPS Trackside Services Information line at 404-664-4928 or go to www.racing.ups.com. HOURS OF OPERATION: Trackside Services will follow the same schedule as the NASCAR Sprint Cup garage. Exception: Sprint Cup race day, Trackside Services will close 2 hours after the end of race. Important Note: For the benefit of all hospitality clients, West Hospitality set-up can begin no earlier than 5:00 p.m. the previous evening unless pre-arranged with the Corporate Hospitality Manager. NASCAR PRE-RACE COLD PIT ACCESS GUIDELINES PRE-RACE COLD PIT PASSES: Attire must remain appropriate for both a major sporting event and a family environment, but has been relaxed to include shorts, open-toed shoes, sleeveless blouses and skirts/dresses in the pits throughout the weekend. Your Terrace Suite, Skybox, West Hospitality, and Hospitality tent admission credentials serve as pre-race cold pit passes only for the day designated on the credentials. Host, Worker, Hard Card, and P credentials serve as pre-race cold pit passes throughout the event weekend. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver at their respective hospitality Checkin prior to being admitted to the cold pit area. Upon receipt of waiver signature, all guests will receive a PRE-sticker on their credentials. The PRE-sticker is a signal to Pit security that the liability waiver has been agreed to and signed. THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES MUST BE OBSERVED TO ACCESS PIT AREA: FRIDAY & SATURDAY MARCH 22 & 23: PRE-STICKER REQUIRED Minimum age: 18 years SUNDAY MARCH 24: Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult PRE-RACE COLD PIT ACCESS TIMES: The cold pit area is open from the time that the Grandstand Admission and Infield gates open until one (1) hour prior to the start of each race. The pit area is subject to temporary or early closure at the discretion of the NASCAR Sanctioning Body and/ or Auto Club Speedway due to track inspection, Hot on-track activity, inclement or extreme weather conditions. The Pit area will be cleared by Security approximately one hour prior to the start of each race. INDYCAR PIT/PADDOCK INFORMATION On Friday and Saturday this credential is a Pit/Paddock Pass when the PRE sticker is applied. Access times are limited and determined by INDYCAR. The pit lane/grid area will be cleared at least one (1) hour prior to race time. Appropriate attire required. No Smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed in the Pit area NOT VALID for HOT Pits PRE-RACE COLD PIT TOURS: PIT TOURS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE COLD PIT AREA. All guests with any of the credentials listed above may access the cold pit area at their leisure. If you would like to host a cold pit tour, the tour may be self-guided by a representative of your company and should be limited to a group size of 30 guests per tour. PROMOTIONAL DISPLAY SPACE REQUIREMENTS 1. Set Up/Tear Down. The Promotional Display Space may be set-up no more than three (3) full days prior to the beginning of the Major Event Weekend. Set-up time will begin Tuesday before the Major Event Weekend, at 8:00 AM. Check-in and set-up must be complete by 5:00 PM Thursday. Location will be forfeited after 6:00 PM on Thursday before the Major Event Weekend. All equipment, goods, materials, displays, boxes, or other items of any nature must remain in Company s Promotional Display Space. The Promotional Display Space items shall be removed no later than two (2) full days after the conclusion of the Major Event Weekend. 2. Merchandise. ACS must approve any items given out or sold prior to the Major Event Weekend. No item shall infringe on the trademark, trade name, service mark, service name, copyright or other proprietary right of any other person. All merchandise must be licensed. If Company wishes to distribute bags for distribution of their item(s), the bag must be clear and no larger than 18 x 18 x 4. 3. Trash. Company must place all waste (including flattened boxes) in the trash bins designated by ACS. 4. Worker Access. Each person assigned to work your space must have a Display Worker Pass. Worker passes are only issued to persons eighteen (18) years and older. A separate pass is issued to each person for each Major Event Weekend and will allow your worker(s) access to the Display area only for the days designated on the pass. Passes are not transferable and do not allow access to the grandstands, infield pits, or garage areas. Passes that are left at home, lost or stolen are not the responsibility of ACS. All Company workers in the Promotional Display Space should portray a professional image. No cut-off jean shorts or tank tops are allowed. 5. Electricity. Electricity is not available; vendors must provide their self-contained generators, or order a generator through ACS. 6. Telephones. ACS provides twenty-four hour security. However, you are responsible for all items left on-site at all times. Additional, dedicated security can be purchased through ACS at an hourly rate of $35/non-uniform person. 8. Golf Carts. Golf carts may be used by Company at the Speedway for business purposes only. All golf cart use is subject to the rules and regulations of ACS. Company may use their personal golf carts at the Speedway, provided however that Company must acquire the appropriate permit for each cart. Golf cart permitting requires the execution of permit forms and the payment of a permit fee, which shall be set by ACS. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any powered carts, except for delivery purposes only. No alcohol is to be consumed by any driver or passenger while the powered cart is in use, and no driver shall operate any powered cart while under the influence of alcohol. 7. Only powered carts equipped with factory installed (or equivalent) front headlights and rear running lights may be operated after daylight hours. 8. Cart usage will not be allowed in restricted areas or during times not authorized by track management. 9. The undersigned ( Company ) hereby agrees to release, hold harmless, indemnify and defend California Speedway Corporation, its parent, limited liability, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, agents, employees, subsidiaries, trustees, receivers, successors and assigns (collectively the Additional Insured Parties ) from any and all liability or damages including reasonable attorney fees arising from injuries to person(s) or damage to property which may arise from the use of these vehicles by the company named below, its employees, agents, or representatives. Company s obligations hereunder to defend shall extend to claims alleging the sole negligence, willful misconduct or violation of law of an Additional Insured Party when combined with other claims triggering Company s obligation to indemnify, provided however that upon the final adjudication by a court of competent jurisdiction or written settlement between the parties, Company shall be reimbursed for the portion of fees or losses so adjudicated as the responsibility of an Additional Insured Party. I acknowledge and agree that California Speedway Corporation, its parent, limited liability, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, members, agents, employees, subsidiaries, trustees, receivers, successors and assigns do not accept any responsibility or liability by virtue of registering powered carts. 10. Company shall have no right to sell, assign, delegate or in any way dispose of or encumber any of the rights or duties granted under this Agreement. Any such attempt shall be deemed to be null and void and shall be considered a default under this Agreement, entitling California Speedway Corporation, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Agreement and to seek any and all other legal or equitable remedies California Speedway Corporation may be entitled to pursue under this Agreement or under the laws of the state of California. Further, any change in control (whether by merger, asset sale, stock purchase or other assignment or operation at law) shall for the purposes of this Agreement be deemed an assignment of the rights and obligations contained herein and shall require the prior written approval of Auto Club Speedway, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. I have read, understand and accept all the terms of use for a powered golf cart on Auto Club Speedway facility property. Failure to comply with these terms may result in revocation of the Single Event Registration Credential, the golf cart being impounded and/or forfeiture of golf cart privileges at affiliated racetracks in Auto Club Speedway s sole discretion. AUTO CLUB SPEEDWAY OPERATING GOLF CARTS ON ISC PROPERTIES In an effort to promote a positive and memorable experience for our corporate partners, sponsors and most importantly our race fans, International Speedway Corporation ( ISC ) is requesting all operators of golf carts or other specialized vehicles (collectively Vehicles ) read and understand guidelines outlined below. Remember at all times to yield to pedestrians and whenever possible, please choose to walk. Use of Vehicles is for BUSINESS USE ONLY. Operating a Vehicle requires proper permits, documentation and approval by ISC. Vehicles may not operate in No Drive Zones during restricted times and designated areas as determined by the Speedway/Raceway authorities. (Excludes Emergency Vehicles) No more than two (2) passengers per seat row. The number of passengers may not exceed the number listed on the ISC permit. Keep your entire body and your passenger s bodies inside the Vehicle at all times and remember to hold on while in motion. ALL OCCUPANTS MUST BE SEATED BEFORE KEY IS TURNED TO THE ON POSITION. Whenever the driver is not seated in the Vehicle, SET THE PARKING BRAKE and remove the TURN KEY from the ignition. From a parked position remember to remove the PARKING BRAKE from the SET position before accelerating. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED IN VEHICLES except for closed containers being transported for commercial delivery purposes. Vehicles will be driven in a slow and careful manner and remember to YIELD TO PEDESTRIANS AT ALL TIMES. It is the below signatory s responsibility to obligate all users to this operating policy. This Acknowledgment refers to Vehicle number: ANY INJURIES INVOLVING VEHICLES WILL BE REPORTED TO SPEEDWAY/RACEWAY REPRESENTATIVES AND YOUR DIRECT SUPERVISOR. Use of golf Vehicles on ISC properties is a privilege and anyone found in violation of these guidelines or operating in such a manner deemed to cause harm to themselves or others will be subject to impounding of the Vehicle and revocation of permit and driving privileges. Leaving the scene of an injury involving a Vehicle will result in revocation of permit and ejection from Speedway/Raceway property.
