Fee Schedule for Florida Gold & Gulf Coast 2013-2014 Show Circuits, Tampa, Florida For horses entered in limited numbers of events, Regular fees shall apply. Florida Gold Coast & Florida Gulf Coast each offer Flat Fees for each Horse participating in multiple events as a greater value for exhibitors. Flat Rate of $499.00 includes Stall, all entries across all divisions and with multiple exhibitors, drug test fee and office charges for same horse. Schooling fees over set courses for both circuits for Trail and Hunters will have a flat fee of $20.00 billed to each Fence or Trail horse. Stall fees will be considered as a deposit against overall flat fees per horse... Stalls are required at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Stalls are $200.00 each horse or tack. Stall fees are due by December 1, 2013 in order guarantee placement. Stall Reservations received after December 1, and up until December 15 will be guaranteed as available, but placement cannot be guaranteed. Rules & Conditions for Florida Winter Circuit 1)APPROVAL: All Winter Circuit shows are approved by The American Quarter Horse Association. Shows Jan 1, 2014 and after are also approved by The Florida Quarter Horse Association. All classes will be conducted in accordance with the current rules of the AQHA. 2)ENTRY FEES: PLEASE SEE REVISED EXPLAINATION OF FEES AT TAMPA GOLD COAST & GULF COAST IN TAMPA. Cattle classes are not included in this fee structure.. Cattle individual entry fees are $15 Open, $13 Youth or Amateur, $10 Novice, plus Cattle charges. Fees for STAKES classes are given on individual show s cover page. Stakes Classes, The Collection Hunter Classic $2000 Stake, Winter Circuit Two/Three Year Old Western Pleasure $1,000 Stake Two/Three Year Old Hunter Under Saddle $1,000. Stake, plus Green Hunter U/S, Green Western Pleasure, & Green Trail each $500 added, one time fee of $25 per class. 3) STALLS: Fees for all circuits are listed on stall reservation form for each circuit. There are 471 permanent stalls in Tampa in Horse Barns and 400 Vinyl stalls in Livestock Barns. ALL STALLS ARE RESERVED ONLY WITH YOUR CHECK FOR FULL PAYMENT TO INDIVIDUAL CIRCUIT. DO NOT SEND OPEN CHECKS. NO REFUND FOR STALLS FOR ANY REASON AFTER DECEMBER 1, 2013. Stalls are required at the Florida State Fairgrounds. 4) All horses on the grounds,(showing OR non-showing) must be registered at the office and must have a number issued. All non showing horses being ridden, schooled, led, or otherwise handled, must display number issued by office. Insurance requires this and all horses in stalls must have issued number displayed.. 5) HEALTH REGULATIONS: All horses must travel with Original or Notarized copy of negative Coggins test dated within 12 months. Additionally, OUT-OF-STATE HORSES must travel with a Health Certificate less than 30 days old. State is strict on Coggins and Health Certificate Requirements.. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL COGGINS TEST WITH YOUR ENTRY. FOR INTER-STATE TRAVEL, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR OWN VETERNARIAN FOR INDIVIDUAL STATE REQUIREMENTS. 6)AWARDS: Circuit Champion and Reserve Champion Awards will be presented for each class (with a minimum of three entries) offered in each series of shows. Horse must compete in each show in each series to be eligible for that Championship. Ties will not be broken, and Co-Champions will be awarded. There will also be All Around and Reserve All Around Awards for leading horses as stated by each individual circuit. Ties for All Around will be broken using a tie breaker judge. In all cases the tie breaker judge is judge A. All Around horses must have competed in at least three divisions as defined by AQHA. All CIRCUIT points will be as follows: 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1, If there are less than nine horses in the class, the winners will receive one more point than the number of horses placed above. A horse and rider must compete in at least a simple majority of the shows of that circuit for Circuit All Around. 7)STAKES CLASSES: will be scored using same point system as High Point Awards, using all scores of each judge, 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1, If less than nine horses in the class, winners will receive one more point than the number of horses placed above. 7)EXHIBITORS: Must possess a current AQHA membership card, whether it be an Amateur, Youth, Novice Youth, Novice Amateur or Open card. Cards may be purchased in the show office IF Y OUR Card is not current or you do not have a current card to present. 8)JUDGES: All requests to a judge for his or her opinion must be made through Show Management. No exceptions. 9)DISCOURTESY: An act of discourtesy to a judge or any other Show Official on the part of an owner, rider, trainer, or groom will be cause for immediate disqualification of any horse or horses with which they are associated and entry fees for such horse(s) will be forfeited. 10)DOGS: All dogs must be on a leash at all times. No loose dogs are permitted at either location. Dogs found roaming loose will be impounded. A $25 find will be imposed for repeat offenders. 11)RESPONSIBILITY: Florida Gold Coast, Inc. Florida Quarter Horse Association, Florida State Fair Authority, Edmondson Management, Inc.
