The Moose Promenaders had a great turnout for Thursday s dance. Of course we had a good attendance with Bill Chesnut calling the tips The lovely and talented Susan Snider cued the rounds.
Then it was time for the long-awaited moment, the 50-50 drawing. Would Tom Herscha win?it seemed likely, because everytime his ticket number was called, Tom s response was Yes! However not this time, Bill Brown won the drawing, worth $33! Arnie Hilpert won the Free Pass drawing.. Mary & Chuck Giera s grandchildren seemed to enjoy the festivities. Mary is in the background keeping a watchful eye. Wayne Miller made a beautiful plaque for the Fall Festival.
The square and the circle represents square & round dancing. Welcome back, Ryley Mahoney. No Last Tip winner. Someone has got to win soon. The drawing is now worth $17. July 21 st The Pink Cadillac Dance, 7-10 PM at the Moose Promenaders so get those poodle skirts and 50 s outfits ready. July 29 th and 30 th Elmer Sheffield will be calling and Susan Snider will be Cueing for the NWFSARDA Annual Round-up Dance in Tallahassee. There will be dancing to a live band. See Susan for details. August 25 th The Pirates Ball at the Moose Promenaders, Rounds 7-7:30 PM, Squares and Rounds, 7:30-10 PM. November 18 th & 19 th NEFSARDA Fall Festival theme is A Bountiful Barn Dance. Start collecting that non-perishable food for the baskets. Hoe down or barn dance attire, whatever that is. Ribbons are on sale now for $15 or $20 at the door. See Pat Herscha. New Dance Class The beginners Square Dance Class will start September 8 th.
