What better way to get in bathing suit shape than the 21 Day Fat Blast at Hoover Fitness? The average participant loses 3 inches in 3 weeks! This program can also help your golf and/or tennis game in a big way. The total body workouts are designed to burn fat, increase flexibility, increase strength, and increase your cardiovascular endurance. Even if you do not do the 21 Day Fat Blast, make sure that you are at least utilizing your membership to Hoover Fitness, which is included in your HCC Membership. WHAT: At this HCC Specialty Camp, your children will participate in tennis lessons, golf instruction, fitness classes, swimming, fishing, cooking classes, crafts, and other fun activities! Lunch will be provided. WHEN: June 9-12, June 16-19, July 14-17, and July 21-24. Each week, the camp sessions will be Tuesday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm. WHAT TO BRING: Campers should bring their own swimsuit, sunscreen, tennis racquet, and golf clubs. A limited number of loaner racquets and clubs will be available. Tennis News Boo s News Hoover Country Club will host a USTA level 4 Jr. Tennis Tournament June 8th-10th. You must be a member of the USTA to play. To join the USTA and to register for the tournament got to www.usta.com.
