6 Sports Farwell 2016 Players! Farewell to all our 8th grade basketball players and cheerleaders! It was a great season for all three teams. The girls basketball farewell game was February 22nd. The boys game followed on February 24th. At both games, Michael Carrelli, a 1st grade student at MKEMS, sang the Star Spangled Banner. The girls had a tough game against Freeland. In between games each 8th grade player walked out with a parent to receive their gifts. The boys had a close game, going into overtime, and eventually losing by one point against MMI. The 8th grade players each walked out with a cheerleader and exchanged gifts. We wish you luck in high school, and hope you continue with your sports. Hannah Kunetz & Ashley Magda Miscellaneous Pics 6
