ITINERARY DETAILS Day 1: Arrival to Liberia Intl Airport and private transfer to Flamingo Beach Welcome to the sunny side of Costa Rica! A Lifetime Vacations representative will meet you and greet you at the gate of Liberia s Intl Airport, to proceed with your private transfer to the Flamingo Beach Resort. Flamingo Beach is one the most famous touristic destinations in the North Pacific Province of Guanacaste, mainly because of the beauty of its white sand beach, as a matter of fact, we consider it as one of the 3 most beautiful beaches of the region. The place also has a well-developed touristic infrastructure, where you as a visitor can enjoy of restaurants, bakeries, bars, hotels, casinos, beauty spas and many shops. Another advantage is that Flamingo is located in one of the sunniest places in the country, where the temperature is pleasantly warm year round, and in the rainy season from May through October, you can expect just a brief shower in the afternoon. The beach is approx. one kilometer stretch of white sand and warm blue water, but there are many other beaches that you can explore at a close range, including Conchal Beach which is considered as one of the most beautiful of the country. Upon arrival to Flamingo, check in at Flamingo Beach All-Inclusive Resort (other resorts available upon request). Flamingo Beach Resort is a great value alternative for an all-inclusive resort in Costa Rica, not the most luxurious but not the cheapest either. The main reason we like to use this hotel is because of the beach in front of it; Flamingo Beach is one of the few truly white sand beaches of the whole country. Your accommodation would be in a standard room with the all-inclusive package; air conditioning, ceiling fan, private bath with tub and shower, cable TV, telephone, radio, alarm clock, in room safe, electronic smart locks, coffee maker and hair dryer. Also, the Flamingo Beach Resort features
souvenir shops, Spa, onsite casino, expansive main swimming pool with a swim up bar, leisure lounging areas and fountains; children s covered pool and playground, fitness center, daily activities program, tennis court, family center and beauty salon. Flamingo Beach Resort has everything for you to have the best memories of your vacation in Costa Rica. Day 2: Free day to relax at Flamingo Beach. This day of your vacation is for you to relax at the beautiful Flamingo Beach, enjoy of the hotel s amenities or book activities if you wish. Among the activities available are snorkeling tours, volcano tours, wildlife tours, hiking in the rainforests, sport fishing, or going to Nicaragua where you d be able to see 2 countries on the same trip. Day 3: Guachipelin 7 in 1 Combo Adventure tour. This tour can be considered as the all in one adventure tour in the whole region. There are other adventure combos offered in the area, but we prefer Guachipelin over the other parks because is the one with the highest grade, mainly because of its white water tubing, definitely a great experience not offered in the other tours around. Besides the tubing, at Guachipelin you d be participating of the canyon tour, which includes zip lining, rappelling, rock climbing and 2 Tarzan swings, all done in a canyon that has been carved by a river that flows from Rincon de la Vieja Volcano. You would also do horseback riding to a small waterfall, have lunch at the hacienda s dining room and relax at the hot springs where you could also take a mud bath, definitely a great way to end the day after the adventure activities. Day 4: Free day to relax at Flamingo Beach. This day of your vacation is for you to relax at the beautiful Flamingo Beach, enjoy of the hotel s amenities or book activities if you wish. Among the
activities available are snorkeling tours, volcano tours, wildlife tours, hiking in the rainforests, sport fishing, or going to Nicaragua where you d be able to see 2 countries on the same trip. Day 5: Private transfer-tour to Jaco Beach; wildlife viewing & culture. Today we ll take you to the most developed touristic coastal town of Costa Rica, Jaco Beach, well known to be the best party place in the entire pacific coast! Jaco is a clean and developed touristic town that features many restaurants, bars, shops, and of course, night life. On the way there we ll make a few stops to show you some unique things of our country (if you wish to make the stops of course), such as the famous crocodile bridge where we normally see 20 to 60 animals from a safe viewing point. We also go searching for scarlet macaws, the most beautiful birds in Costa Rica, as well as stopping at the folkloric town of Nicoya, for you to see the everyday living of Costa Rican people in rural towns. We also do other unplanned stops along the way, such as viewing more wildlife if we find it, or stopping at local festivities when available, the idea is to show you as much as we can of our culture, for you to really feel that you are in a different place than home. Upon arrival to Jaco, check in at the Best Western Jaco Beach All-Inclusive Resort (other hotels are available upon request). The Best Western Jaco Beach All-Inclusive Resort is another great-value alternative if you are looking for the all-inclusive experience during your vacation in Costa Rica. This one is not the most luxurious resort in Costa Rica, but it s located right on the beach. Your accommodation would be in a standard room with the all-inclusive package; air conditioning, phone, free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, cable TV & free movie channel, in-room safe (small fee applies),
alarm radio, hairdryer, private bathroom, iron, ironing board, desk / work area, rollaway/extra beds available, cribs/infant beds (complimentary), laundry & dry cleaning services, free international calls to the US and Canada. Day 6: Private ATV adventure tour. This exciting ATV tour takes place in the mountain areas of the Central Pacific Region of Costa Rica, near the beautiful Jaco and Hermosa Beaches, which are famous worldwide for their surfing. What we like the most about this tour, is the fact that you d be able to do it at your own pace because is private just for you and your companions, but also because you d be able to enjoy of beautiful views a few minutes after the starting point, where you will see our lush rainforests, rivers, farms & why not, maybe some wildlife. You will also cross small different rural towns, where you will be able to observe the normal everyday living of farming families in Costa Rica. Day 7: Free day to relax at Jaco Beach. This day of your vacation is for you to relax at the beautiful Jaco Beach, enjoy of the hotel s amenities or book activities if you wish. Among the activities available are tours to the world famous Manuel Antonio National Park, zip lining, sport fishing, aerial tram in the rainforest, horseback riding, crocodile boat tour, white water rafting, kayaking, snorkeling, among others. Day 8: Good bye Costa Rica. It s time to go back home. Your own private transportation will take you to San Jose International Airport for your returning flight.
