Academy Bullets Swim Club - Aurora Sept. 13 th @ Vaughan from 5:00-7:00 PM / Sept. 19 th @ Marmion from 5:00-7:00 PM Welcome to another exciting season for the Academy Bullets Swim Club. Swimmers Edge, our apparel provider, will be at each of our locations to offer items for fitting. If you are unable to make one of our fittings, you can order online through our team web site at www.academybullets.com by clicking on the Shop Online line (under the Team Information tab). You can also place an order over the phone by calling 630-985-2334. Be sure to mention your order is for the Academy Bullets Swim Club. Order forms will not be collected by our coaching staff. Our form is set up in two parts. The first part is all our apparel items for swimmers and parents. The second section is all your equipment, caps, bags, suits, etc. Personalized caps (with swimmers names and our club logo) are only ordered once per season. Swim cap details can be found on this order form. If you would like a personalized cap (silicone or latex), you must place your order with Swimmer Edge no later than Wednesday, September 21 st. We will not be able to accept late orders on this item. Custom printed items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please try on apparel at the fittings and double-check sizes and name spellings before ordering. Please print names clearly where needed. If names are omitted where needed, your item will be printed without a name. Important Information on Apparel: 1. All swimmers must have a team suit to compete in meets. 2. The only swim cap that may be worn at practice and swim meets is an Academy Bullets team cap. New swimmers receive a latex cap at the first day of practice. Additional latex and silicone caps can be purchased from your coach. Personalized swim caps (with swimmers names and our club logo) are only ordered once per season as stated above PICK-UP PROCEDURE Our apparel pickup will run as it did during the spring/summer season. When placing your order, you will have 3 choices for pick-up: In-Store, Marmion (Marmion Academy), or Ship. Those selecting In-Store will pick-up all their items at Swimmers Edge when they are completed. Those selecting Ship will have a shipping charge added to their order and will have their complete order shipped directly to their home. For those families selecting Marmion, Swimmers Edge will be at this location on Thursday, October 6 th from 6-8pm for an Apparel Pick-up Day. Those items scheduled for pick-up at Marmion that are not picked up will be brought back to the store and will require an In-Store pickup by your family. Below is a breakdown of the equipment needs for each group within our swim club. Swimmers are required to have these items at practice each day. Swimmers may purchase additional items not required for their group. Swimmers with individual cuts for the NCSA Junior Nationals do not need to purchase warm-ups, as they are part of our National Team package. If you have any questions regarding sizing and style, please speak to a member of Swimmers Edge. ADULT TEAM WARM-UPS: Female warm-ups are a bit shorter in length than male.
