The Past Eminent Commander s Conclave will meet January 5, 2018 at the Sheraton Galleria, 4 Galleria Boulevard, Metairie, LA 70001. The PEC Conclave duties are: 1) to dub newly elected Eminent Commanders (or Eminent Commanders who have not received the degree) and dub Sir Knights who are recommended to be received and to be dubbed with status of Honorary; 2) review Annual Returns of local Commanderies and establish the Credentials for the upcoming Annual Grand Conclave and the year; and 3) aid our Eminent Commanders in the execution of their duties. To elaborate more on the Credentials, all Past Eminent Commanders (Actual and Honorary) must pay their annual dues of $10.00 to the PEC s Conclave before January. All Eminent Commanders must be dub and receive the degree of Past Eminent Commander before assuming the chair of the local Commandery. This is the responsibility of the outgoing Eminent Commander or Junior Past Eminent Commander and the District Deputy. The PEC s Conclave will review the annual returns and make a report of all eligible voters and representatives of the local Commanderies during a Grand Conclave, regular or special. The Annual Returns of local Commanderies need to be submitted as soon as possible after the local elections. The initiation fee is $25.00 and includes a ritual, certificate, and dues cards.
