REFRESHMENT BREAKS SPONSORSHIP - MININUM $500 A number of refreshment stations will be situated in high traffic areas in the Exhibit Hall during Conference refreshment breaks. There are three breaks per day for three days over the course of the Conference. Recognition on Sponsor Banners Recognition on Event Signage EXHIBITOR PASSPORT DRAW PRIZE DONATIONS (TUESDAY LUNCH) A number of prize draws donated by Exhibitors and Sponsors are drawn during Tuesday s lunch. OBOA will purchase prizes for Exhibitors and Sponsors that donate cash towards prizes. Every Delegate receives a passport. Each passport must be signed/stamped by each Exhibitor. In addition, each Companion receives a passport and must have 15 exhibitors sign/stamp their passports. This is a very successful event.
