Meet Our Summer Staff of Instructors Andrea Calderon, Amy Barth Meehan, Megan Roland, Bente Lefever, AK Mullen, and Esther Pujol. AMY MEEHAN is the founder and Artistic Director of Premiere Danse Academy. She has choreographed/directed productions for theaters, schools, and cabarets. She has trained dancers that have performed in many local theaters, on International Tours and National Broadway Tours, Cruise Lines, and for the Miss Pennsylvania Pageant. She has been awarded Who s Who Among America s Top Dance MEGAN ROLAND was assistant director at Joanna s School of Dance in Philadelphia, taught at Lancaster School of Ballet and a guest teacher at The New Movement Center. She is an original member of the Grant Street Dance Company. Megan is a pediatric physical therapist at ANDREA CALDERON holds a BFA in Performing Arts/ Dance from Western Kentucky University. Andrea has performed, taught, and choreographed around the country over the past 15 years. Currently, Andrea also teaches musical theatre dance at The Sight and Sound Conservatory and tap at Lancaster Bible College. Andrea has performed AMY KAYE MULLEN has an MFA in Dance and Pedagogy from the University of Colorado, and a BA in Dance from Slippery Rock University. She has taught most recently in Prince Edward Island, Canada; Fulton Theatre, and Greater York Dance. She also taught in Colorado, Russia, D.C., and many communities in PA. BENTE LEFEVER, dancer/teacher/choreographer is excited to be back teaching hip hop at Premiere. Bente has trained in various dance genres at locally She has been involved in Cavod Theatre as a choreographer and stage manager. Bente loves teaching dance and is always ready to learn new things and to teach her students to the best of her ability.
