Georgia Chargers Player Expectations SECTION I PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT I agree to conduct myself in a professional manner on and off the field at all times. I agree to abide by all team and league rules and understand that if I violate any rule regarding conduct or violence I will be immediately expelled from the Georgia Chargers Organization as well as the SCDFL which houses the Georgia Chargers. Depending on the severity of the offense, legal action may be taken against me from both the SCDFL and the Georgia Chargers Organization for physical violence upon a living being, theft of property or property damage caused by me under the Law of the state in which the incident occurred. I understand that Minor League/Semi Professional Football teams require players to pay a participation fee which varies from team to team based on that organizations financial need. As a member of the Georgia Chargers Organization, I agree to pay my fee before the Georgia Chargers designated deadline date of May 18, 2014. I understand that I need to have all of my team fees paid in full prior to the start of the SCDFL regular season and understand my failure to pay said fees before the deadline will result in my deactivation from the team as well as league participation, practice and games until my fees are paid in full. I understand that as a requirement, I must have active participation in fund raising efforts and community events sponsored by the Georgia Chargers Organization and/or the SCDFL Failure to take an active role in participation of team and league events will result in your suspension from the Georgia Chargers Organization, until such requirement are met. I understand that by signing this agreement; Georgia Chargers Organization own my rights to play in the SCDFL from the actual date of form submission through December 1, 2014; at which time I may not play for any team(s) or league(s) within a 150 mile radius without consent and written release from the Georgia Chargers Organization and the SCDFL Commissioner. I fully understand that I will only be allowed to transfer from my current team to another team in the SCDFL via unconditional release.
