Event Schedule We try to keep pretty close to the schedule, so competitors please be ready for your class, there is only a 15 minute turn around in between each round. We will be around to pick up and tag your shoes quickly after the end of your class. The next competitor will want to move in and set up for their go and it is our goal to make that run as smooth as possible. Due to the amount of competitors we will have early starts and late finishes. What an exciting event! Thank you all for taking part!!! In 2004 she met a farrier who informed her that her shoeing skills needed some help so Raleigh began competing. This is where she met Kelly Vermeer who has been a tremendous influence in her career. Raleigh moved to California to work with Kelly and just hasn t stopped moving forward. She has qualified three times for the shoeing class at the AFA National Convention and in 2011 earned a spot on the the WCB Team where they won the hunter shoeing at the World Horseshoeing Classic. Raleigh had to take a year off to rehab an elbow injury and is now back on the competition circuit. Most recently she traveled to England as the WCB s Team alternate to compete in an international team competition. We thank Raleigh for taking time from her busy schedule to judge our Edgewood competition and for sharing her knowledge!
