BSI Kitemark riding hats (PAS 015, BSEN 1384, ASTM F1163, SNELL E 2001) with secure chinstraps must be worn at all times when riding. Whips must not exceed 30 in length. Rider s Age At the 1 st of January in same year of the show. Stallions may not be ridden or led by juniors under the age of 16 years. Entries will be accepted on the day and only postal entries that arrive before the closing date will be accepted. Entries on the day will be subject of class sizes please check with competition secretary prior to the show. Organisers reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate classes in the event of insufficient entries. Refunds will only be given if the class is cancelled. For health and safety reasons, no earrings or body piercings may be worn by competitors. The judge s decision is final in matters of appeal or complaint by competitors. Objections must be lodged in writing with the secretary within no more than one hour of an incident. A deposit of 30.00 must be paid which will be forfeited if the complaint is overruled. The decision of the Organisers is final (V Sichi & J Hossack) Competitors are asked to note the timetable. Where a horse/pony is entered into more than one class, the organisers take no responsibility if a clash in time occurs. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times. The owner will be fined 20.00 for immediate payment if a dog is found running loose on the show ground. It is much appreciated that all dog owners pick up after their dogs, however PLEASE dispose of poo bags instead of leaving them lying in the car park or show field. Exhibitors must ensure all horses and ponies are kept under control at all times. It is a requirement that all exhibitors have personal liability insurance. PLEASE DO NOT SKIP OUT IN THE SHOW GROUND AND TAKE ALL RUBBISH HOME STATEMENT OF LIABILITY: Newmiln Stables accepts no Liability for any loss, accident or illness to horses, owners, riders, attendants, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever.

If you have any questions about the timetable please contact the show secretary however we cannot be held responsible for class clashes.
