All instructions from show officials, stewards and parking attendants must be obeyed 3. Any objections must be made to the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes of the incident. A 10 deposit will be taken and returned if the objection is upheld 4. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or alter any class without prior notice 5. No entry money will be refunded 6. The landowners and organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to persons, animals, vehicles or property 7. No galloping on the show field 8. Skullcaps or hard hats with chinstrap and suitable heeled riding footwear must be worn when mounted. Hard hats must be worn by all exhibitors 14 years of age and under in all in hand classes 9. Entire males 2 years of age and over must be bitted and kept under control at all times. They must not be shown by children under 14 years of age 10. Mares that are three years of age with a foal at foot may not be shown 11. All foals shown with mares must be at least three weeks of age 12. No horse or pony under four years of age may be ridden on the show field 13. All entrants for Mountain and Moorland classes must be shown in their natural state and be registered unless otherwise stated 14. Riders who are led in one event cannot enter another off the lead 15. Riders/handlers age as on day of show 16. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times 17. Please dispose of all litter safely. The field is used for grazing 18.
