Dressage, Combined Training and Team Jumping entries close on 19th July. (Late entries may be accepted if space allows.) Entries for all other classes on the day, Please print out and bring your completed entry form with you! No Entry will be accepted without the correct entry fee. For Safety reasons, all stallions must wear a rosette sized Stallion disc on their bridle at ALL times whilst on the showground. Discs available from the Secretary (British Eventing, British Dressage & BSJA discs are acceptable). All colts 2 years old and over MUST be bitted. Hay Show has zero tolerance towards rough handling or abuse of any animal whatsoever. The judge s, steward s or committee s decision will be final. The Committee do not accept responsibility for any loss or accident to any horse, rider, spectator or vehicle of any description. The Committee reserve the right to alter the schedule or programme of events according to their requirements. Any objection must be lodged within 15 minutes of the end of the class and accompanied by a deposit of 25.00. Where age limits apply, competitors may be required to produce proof of age. All horses competing under saddle must be 4 years old or over. All competitors must wear suitable shoes with a hard heel, and a riding hat which complies with current safety standards at all times whilst mounted. All dogs on the showground must be kept on a lead Any dog found wandering may be collected from the Secretary for a fee of 10 which will be donated to the Air Ambulance. Approved headwear must be worn at all times by ANY person when mounted. The Secretary retains the right to refuse entry for any reason agreed by the Committee. Every rider has to pay a 2 contribution towards First Aid costs. 2
